Just visited the shop for the first time. I'm from out of town and Brooke was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am glad I visited this shop and will again next time I'm in town.

Staff talks to customers like they’re stupid and has no product knowledge. I had to Google my options and educate myself while in the store because it became evident that the employee had no idea. He talked a big game about running a vape shop but couldn’t answer questions nor did he know which products had the feature I was looking for. He assured me that a specific product had that feature, but had no idea how to enable it (preheat on a 510 battery) so I googled it only to find that that product didn’t have a preheat function. A different model did, according to their website but the staff member argued with me that it was wrong. I understand that it’s impossible to know everything about a product but he talked himself up and sounded very confident in the misinformation. I’m not sure if he was uninformed or just trying to push a product by lying about it but it was quite obnoxious and off putting.

McKenna is AMAZING. I used to only buy coils here and bought my juice online... until my vape broke and I don't really know a lot about vaping, so I was just going to get the same vape I had previously. She encouraged me to look at another brand that was actually slightly less expensive, because it's a better vape for numerous reasons. She answered a bunch of questions and now after using my new vape for about 24hrs, it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than my old vape. I didn't even know what I was missing!!! (Great hits, no leaking and I can actually see how much juice is in the pod instead of ending every pod with that nasty burnt taste because it's out and I didn't know) Because of her, I will now be a loyal customer and I'll buy my juice in store instead of online even though it's slightly pricier. She sold me something because it was awesome, not because it was expensive. Please give her a raise!! She deserves it!! She's making you money :-)

I rarely give reviews for places. I was just mind blown how someone even has a job here.Went in with intent of buying a new pod vape for my husband. We Walked in, went straight to the farthest glass display case to look at them. While standing there, the young man who “waited on us” was beyond unprofessional and extremely rude. My husband ended up buying one and knowing nothing about it bc this employee was little to no help. Even after asking multiple questions, we either got a response of “I have no idea” or he just stood there and listened to me and my husband discussing the vapes, not sure about them hoping he would chime in. We stood there quite sometime before more customers walked in, and got ZERO information about the vapes/wattage or any important info we were looking for in the pod vape system. He was very unpleasant! Hoping he was just having a bad day, or maybe new, and we can return again with a better experience next time!Also wanted to edit and add this in: the same employee continued to make fun of someone’s application they had turned in to them…for not filling a few questions in. Whether it was on purpose or by accident, what possible valid reason is there to gossip and laugh about someone who is trying to get a job. Especially disrespectful to do so in front of customers.

Great knowledgeable staff! Occasionally runs out of my favorite juice, but highly recommend getting a vape card there. Returning customer right here!

Just showed up at 8:49. Doors locked. Kid at the desk looks at me then gets on his phone. Drove 20 minutes to get here and they close 11 min early. Not cool.Manager called and discussed with me. Great customer service. I frequent this store so this was definitely not the norm.

Just when you need something, visit this place. I needed a drip-tip for my mod. At $10, it was a bit steep, but I was going on vacation and needed something then and now. I could buy 10 tips online for $3, but again, you're paying for convenience. They only had one 810 tip left that is the color of caca with gold flakes. Had to buy it, though. The store was nice and lined up, like a high top fade. The young person working there seemed new and was left alone to work. There was a problem with finding the POS entry for the tip I was buying, which made the ordeal a bit lengthy. But overall, I would recommend the place if you need something in a jiffy. Always good to work with local folks, even if the juice is a bit costly (about 2x what I pay for it).

They have a good selection of juices. They don't have alot of options for buying an actual vape.

First time there. Little disappointed in “salts” inventory. As far as juice, much larger selection EXCEPT most max at 6 mg. If you enjoy 12 mg and up, again. Limited selection. Friendly employees. Slightly higher priced compared to others.

This establishment does not offer a large variety of salt-nic vape juices or disposable vapes. The disposable vapes are not high quality nor do they have alot of flavors or brands. The Mod selection is decent as well as regular vape juices.I do not recommend this place for any form of quality salt nic products.Knowledgeable staff.

Didn't catch the guys name or the cute girl that came in and helped me out but had a nice experience in a chill environment. Snagged a Hyde raspberry watermelon disposable at the suggestion of the fine female that happened to walk in when I was there..if you see this drop a like on the review!

My go to shop for liquids. They have the best prices out of the many shops I've checked out. I miss the pre-covid selection of rebuildables though. I'm sure if more people ask, they might get some back in! Fingers crossed!

Best vape store in York county. I've been to most vape shops in the area and this is the one I go to the most. Staff is always nice and the prices for mods are reasonable priced. ?
