WARNING! Honest review, terrible company with shady practices. As an employee it was a terrible day to day experience since no one in store did trade ins. I would get yelled at be every customer that was over a year old. Yes at first everything is great but after you’re past the 30 days you’re stuck with the bill you have because the store won’t process devices. The cell phones are 3 years ago. These are the visible ones plus tables and smart watches.
Ps this mountain of trash is located in the back area, this is next door to the Starbucks and Firehouse. Safe eating

I came into the store with just an issue with my phone. the wonderful Mr Aaron Williams was able to walk me through the issues and he even help me get into a new phone. He was very patient & kind. I recommend anybody and everybody to go to 2525 East market street, the Verizon store to visit Mr. Aaron Williams.
