Wait, very short. Alley was very helpful and informative. She didn't try to upsell us, which i appreciated. We knew the price plan before going in, and she helped us with it. Really love my new phone.

This has been my best experience with VZN starting with the store manager , Steven and Will. Will is an apple wizard and solved all my problems! Best customer service I have experienced since Pandemic abd before.

Very slow when doing simple tasks. I am a business customer and my bill is mess with equipment charges on the wrong lines. Wanted to buy a new iPhone pro max and switch one phone to a new line. I been here over a hour so far....
