I would give them a 0 if i could. Lori the manager should not even be in the service of customer service, she included herself in a conversation when she didn't even know what was going on and than proceeded to say that she was going to call the police if i didn't leave when i had another lady helping me with a scheduled passport appointment, instated of apologizing she said she was calling the police i told her please do not sure for what but go ahead mind you the person helping me with the passport application was extremely nice and asked me to go back in her office once we get their Lori is siting their i asked if she called the police yet she got frustrated and mumbled something, she knew she would look stupid for calling the police since i had done nothing wrong whom ever is in charge of the York USPS on concord rd get rid of the Karen(Lori) you have in their or retrain her.

Supervisor David talks over customers. If I was yelling I could understand being rude but when I am asking a question nope. I hope his pay reflects his service. Mail carriers that are filling in do not read the addresses at all

I was there on 1/22/24. The side walk was not shoveled at all. There was quite a bit of snow and ice, very slippery. An elderly lady with a walking in front of me on the way out almost fell but luckily someone was helping her. People going in and out were complaining. I wish I would have had time to go back in and complain. This is unacceptable. I would be totally be shocked if no one fell today.

I stayed home from work due to needing to sign for a package. The mail person drove up to my mailbox (my house is 4 steps from my mailbox), put a sorry we missed you slip in and drove off. Never once tried to deliver the package.

Where did the outside, drive-up mailboxes go? The parking area for this post office is already congested. The outside mailboxes helped to reduce that traffic. Please put them back. This is a bad idea. BTW, the service to my home is excellent. The carriers are the best. But please get this problem fixed at the main office.

I returned a iPhone 14plus to York, PA it’s been at that location for 3days. I put in a claim ticket. Call to hear it was resolved but no one called me. Another rep expedited the request. Soon I get off the phone a guy name David who said he’s the supervisor tone of voice behavior and customer service was very rude! I’m trying to explain to him my package is at a stand still and he went off about labels! I don’t appreciate being yelled at and told I can’t speak to anyone else so a brand new iPhone 14 plus just sitting. He hung up on me when I asked for his last name. I hope this reaches the right person and he is disciplined! Run the call back! I never been talk to by a rep like that!!!!
