Worst experience ever the 1-800# gives you the local office number where the phone rings until it stops and the number listed on google doesn’t work. I had clothes shipped to my daughters house for my grandkids and they refused to deliver it there. What a waste of time, money and energy!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to call this office and was told by an animated voice that this was not a valid number. NO information on how to contact another way. I am giving 1 star because I believe the post office is a very insufficient and an inconvenient business. The carriers are wonderful! I do indeed believe it comes from the higher ups. They are the ones sucking the Life out of the PostOffice. Sincerely, James.

Every time I try to call this location to discuss a problem I'm having, or to locate missing mail or packages, NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. On two occasions over a 5 year period when someone actually tried to reach me, they would call one time, leave a voicemail, and then never EVER try to contact me again.

Not sure if he works out of this branch but it’s the closest. This driver took a gas pump for over 25 minutes while ordering inside Rutters on rt 30 in York using foul language about his superior and no care to anyone inside not wearing a mask. So much disrespect to everyone wearing a uniform as a federal employee.

I have no idea why my package says that it was delivered yet I never received it.They said that they were going to solve this and is been 2 days since they last sent me the email and 2 weeks since my package is missing.

The USPS is horrible. I paid for priority postage on an item and it sat for TWO days in South New Jersey Distribution place and sat a whole day in Harrisburg. The parcel was shipped on Sunday, March 18th and when I attempted to call this place to see if I could just come a pick up my item instead of waiting for another three days for it to be delivered, nobody answered the phone. I will never use this horrible service ever again....I will request delivery from UPS or FED EX- they don't play....you get your packages on time!!!!! Priority mail is a joke- it doesn't seem to be a priority to the USPS (they just charge you more money for not a priority service!!!)
