I’ve been met with nothing but kindness, helpfulness and care by the owner and his kind staff. I am very grateful as I needed a reliable vehicle in a time binding moment in my life. As a single mother being met with respect and understanding is very important when purchasing a vehicle. They will not push you and they will allow you to take your time and choose the vehicle you want so long as they have it available. “I'm really late writing this review(hectic life) but I ended up buying 2 cars from Barry at Neighborhood Auto on Hill St back at the end of February and then in March for the 2nd one. He stood on his word after I bought the first car and went above and beyond when the check engine light came on. He not only took the car to get fixed at the Volvo dealership, he also gave me a loaner car on his lot. Thank God as I would've been without a car for 2 weeks. My son's Volvo came back good as new and I fell in love with the loaner car, a Malibu. Add in, with it driving great for the 2 weeks I had it, it only had 84,000 miles on it. Barry is a very honest man and he doesn't try to break your wallet/bank account. I looked at cars for almost 2 months before I stumbled upon his car lot. The cars I looked at prior had high mileage and they wanted a crazy amount of money for them. Thank you so much Barry! I would recommend him 10/10”

Made sure to prioritize the issues that I came in for and were quick and precise. They will show you exactly what is going on with your vehicle.”
“Needed an oil change that i had been putting too long. Decided to try Quick Lane without a reservation and they took me right in. They did a oil change, changed the air and cabin filters and adjusted the tire pressures and did a multi-point check on brakes, tire tread, etc. We were completed in about one hour during which time I watched TV and drank the free coffee. All in all I was very happy with the service and time frame plus they did it around lunch time.”

“I've worked with Tim, the service rep, a few times recently. He's always been great to deal with. Today I went in with a complicated electronic issue that I didn't begin to understand. Tim explained it clearly and assured me they would figure it out. It took a little while but they found the problem. It could have been expensive; fortunately Tim found that the problem was covered by my warranty so it only cost $100. I hope I don't need his services again for a long time, but if I do I believe he will look out for my best interests.”
