Liz and John went above and beyond to help me when UPS effd upped BADLY!!!
I overnighted extremely important paperwork and it got misrouted. When I spoke w UPS they were soooo dismissive and “oh well” about it…I stormed into this store w the absolute understanding these poor people had nooooo control over it yet they jumped in immediately and were so kind and willing to whatever it was they could to help!! Not that it was much as they didn’t cause the issue (can’t kill the messenger!!)….just the kindness, warmth and compass they showed means the absolute world to me!!! (These papers are for probate n my Mother’s passing-needless to say…a delicate situation and a timely one at that!!)
Liz…John…I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for all you tried to do to help…Your kindness and compassion will stay w me always 🙏🫂

This shop is always so very helpful and the workers are very friendly. The gentleman who makes the 3D fidgets kindly donated some to my classroom, once he heard what they would be used for! Thank you for your generosity and kindness! Definitely a good place to take your business and also if you are in need of a cool fidget or keychain, this is the place :)

I dropped a package off to be returned to Amazon, I didn't have any moving tape the manager/ owner wanted me to buy a roll of tape from them I only needed an 18 inch piece he would not tape it up , so now the item will probably fall out or get damaged. This is not how you retain customers he very arrogant and quite rude and to top it off he was training a new hire . no wonder UPS is losing customers and there stock has lost around $ 90.00 a share, oh I should mention I'm a retired employee of this company it used to be about servicing the customers, not anymore . So now the owner replied to my review with lies. There were 3 strips of scotch tape on the box he never applied packing tape to the box while I was standing there and said no small business would do that and I was taking money out of his pocket by asking for a small strip of masking tape ,I ve had many local businesses help a customer out his arrogance is appalling . If somebody from corporate would come with the small favor, I wonder what their reaction would be , sir you have no people skills and could benefit from some training !

I meant to write this a while ago, but it slipped my mind. I had an idea for a car decal I wanted to help promote a fundraiser. However I thought it would be too expensive and unnecessarily complicated. I happened to walk in here one day to do an Amazon return. Saw a sign that said “large printing” or something of that nature. Decided to ask the associate (Craig, who actually is the store owner or manager I believe) if my idea was plausible. He was super enthusiastic about it, made it incredibly simple, understood exactly what I want. Even came out to look at my car for measurements. I left with his email and an amazing quote. I didn’t think it would have been nearly in my price range. The same afternoon he got back to me with a proof. It was so great. Craig was super quick to make the tweaks I asked for. Bam 💥 Two days later I had it on my car. If you see the picture- don’t mind the corners, that was my mess up. Super great quality, design, etc. Has held up through storms, snow, etc. Really could not have expected an easier and better outcome. Will absolutely come back for anything else I may need!

The staff is the best part of this UPS store followed closely by the service and reliable and expeditious package delivery. I have all but abandoned the USPS.

This UPS store is conveniently located in an area of alot of businesses and easy to find. The staff made my visit very fast with simple servicing and easy to utilize priducts. I'd highly recommend and use UPS frequently.

Liz greeted me with a smile. She was very helpful and professional. I had a question about my Amazon return. She knew exactly what to do. I've been to the UPS store several times. Every employee has been very helpful. The customer service is outstanding.

No wonder UPS has to raise rates. At least 3 times today the truck was less then a city block from my house. All 3 times he moved further away. Was supposed to be delivered between 2 and 4. It's going on 5. No such luck. No wonder you waste gas. You don't teach your drivers how to round out calls? Common sense you idiots!!!!!
