Really appreciate the professional services available, the clean location, and convenient hours of operation at this location. I never knew there was a notary available at this location! It was a timely piece of info on a Sunday no less! It's a pleasure doing business here ?.

I dread when I have to return packages to this place. I had to return a heavy table and the employees that were there just sat and watched me struggle with it without even offering to help. After 5 minutes some kid that looked like he couldn’t be bothered to work asked me if needed a hand truck! NO! I needed a person to help me period!! Then the one girl that’s there all the time m had the nerve to say something rude to me because I didn’t pick up a stand that I knocked over while they were just sitting there watching me! This place and its employees are insufferable! I drive miles out of my way so I don’t have to ho there!

I visited this location while in town a couple of days ago and i must say it is one of the quickest ups stores i have went to. the staff was great and they made sure that my shipment was packed properly

This is a good store with pleasant employees. It's kinda gross to see someone make fake accounts and leave negative reviews. Says a lot about that person. No wonder they closed her account.

Craig has terrible Customer service. Store employees are allowed to disrespect customers and keep from professional services. I came into the store Saturday to retrieve my mail after it was due Friday. I requested my mail from a store representative and he went to see if I had mail. While waiting there was a different store employee that yelled oh you need to pay your bill to get your mail. I waited a few seconds to process and then proceeded to say I don’t think it’s professional for you to yell out my business to me across the store in front of other customers. I said I’ll pay or deal with the bill a different day. Monday I receive a email saying my mailbox is closed then stating I can pay to reopen. When I called the store I was told my box was closed due to interactions on Saturday with Craig employee not due to my bill after first saying it was due to a bill.
This has been a very bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I was not treated fairly due to being a woman of color. I sense racism. I also see other people here have had encounters as well
With the same mistreatment.
This was all about race and personal feelings about me as a black woman. Of course you would claim racial comments that you can’t prove after I voiced this as all about me being an African American. Clearly this wasn’t about a bill being paid. I can pay my bill when I choose to. I was treated entirely rude on Saturday when I came to pay my bill and pickup mail. And you always respond to these reviews as I can see. There’s nothing special here you want to make an excuse.
