I usually have a great experience at this UPS drop-off location. They’re efficient and handle Amazon returns smoothly, especially with their free packaging and label service.
However, my most recent visit was disappointing.
The worker didn’t scan my package label, which was unusual, and then mentioned a $1.75 charge for something that is typically free. This has never happened before, and it felt out of line with the service I’ve come to expect, but someone else told me this happened to them and dismissed the issues they said, So I hope this was just a one-off issue because this location is usually reliable and convenient.

I emailed the store on a holiday, not expecting a response. Received a response from the owner, Craig, shortly after. They completed an order of business cards for me in less than a day, helped me shipped them, and did so with friendly and efficient service. I waited in line for a few minutes as the store was quite busy, but all of the staff was attentive and helpful to all of their customers. Zach waited on me and was great. Excellent service at The UPS Store, especially with their printing services!

The employees are not only polite, they give a cheerful greeting upon entering the store. Zach helped me with my transaction, and was so patient and kind. I was treated with respect, and that is hard to find. Usually most people have their noses in their phones. It was a pleasure doing business there. I was wished a great day upon leaving. I've told my friends, that your business is the best place to go.
