Not to happy with this place. They rejected the whole load due to the cases shifting to the edges of some of the pallets. Cost $690 to restack and upon returning 3 days later they charged $510 rescheduling fee. As you can see in the pictures, there was no need to reject the load. I feel as though someone wanted to charge an outrageous rescheduling fee (Capstone). Other than this issue my interaction with staff was pretty good. Also I would recommend the 83 travel plaza for parking. Great food and goood people there.

the horror stories I can see happeningmy experience wasn't so bad.appt at 0600arrived at 0500in door at 0530drop complete at 0700I had a dry loadreefer had more action.ladies at the check-in window were nice.just go in, give them your paperwork, leave your phone number, go back to your truck, sleep, and wait for a call.same as others.? ? ? ?

Not the best place I've delivered to but certainly not the worst. It can be a little tight to back into a door, but it's doable. My delivery appointment was 0230, I got on site at 0130 and was in a door at 0200. Unloading took 3 hours and I was able to park on site to finish my 10. Night staff seemed friendly enough to me. The yard driver in the morning was a little rude when he told me it was time to go but all in all not a terrible place, from my one and only experience here.

Don’t come early here …worst service ever seenTrying to check in hour before my appointment but they don’t let me check in …no parking anytime…plan accordingly they don’t care ?

I'd deliver here again, but it would be helpful if the employees were clear and giving full details about the process. I'd arrive an hour to an hour and half before the appointment. There is usually a line of trucks. Call the number shipping office even if you haven't reached the gate yet (number on one of the pictures. The other pictures have information about their process. When you make payment, you can pick up your BOL. After you get backed into a door, check in is next to Door 34. Good luck!

After a couple of deliveries,I will leave an honest review. Mostly, I had an appt for 1:00 am. You'll see 10-15 trucks on a street before the gate. Make sure to call then and check in before the gate and let them know you're here and you are not late. 90% of the time, you will get unloaded within 5-6 hours (lumpers, getting in, getting a door, back and forth). And only 10-15% of a time, you can get stuck for up to 8 hours.

OK GUYS N GALS HERE IT GOES N THIS IS JUST MY EXPERIENCE....I ALWAYS READ REVIEWS OF WHERE IM HEADED AND MOST ALL FOR THIS PLACE ARE BAD...BUT FOR ME IT WAS OK...GOT THERE AT 930 FOR A 10 AM APPT HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER BLD, THE PLACE EVERYONE TALKS ON HERE ABOUT....YES ITS TIGHT BC DRIVERS NEED TO PULL ALL THE WAY IN N NOT BLOCK THE DOCKS...2ND THE HISPANIC RECEVING WOMAN WAS GREAT N A PLESURE TO DEAL WITH, ALITTLE DOOR CONFUSION BUT FINALLY BACKED IN...I WAS EMPTY IN BOUT HR N 15 MINS PAID MY LUMPER N WAS DONE...NICE..OK HERES THE KICKER ..CALL THE NUMBER IN THE PICTURE TO TALK TO RECEIVING DONT WAIT TILL YOUR AT THE GATE BC IF THERES A LINE THEYRE GONNA SAY YOUR LATE...CALL CALL CALL ASAP WHEN YOU ARRIVE..!!!!

I was scared reading all the negative reviews. But for me worked fine. Had an appointment for 5:00am, arrived 5 hours earlier (12:00) gave me dock right away and was unloaded in an hour. Did my 10 hour rest at the company.

Rescheduled for 30 minutes late even if the line of trucks is one hour long until phone check in process at the gate. Good luck drivers. You will need it here. Update. The rescheduled appointment is 255 a day depending how many days. Again you can get late and miss your own appointment only by waiting in the line of trucks to check in that take an hour. I will very carefully check who is the receiver on my next load to York PA and definitely never again here. You've been warned

Read carefully. So there is in total maybe 10-12 people in the shipping/receiving office pulled thru the gate 2:30am office had 7 people waiting for check in 1 window open in the lobby finished check in at 3:20am went to my truck slept tell I got a call at 7:45 told to go to a dock door there was a trailer on the door waited 5 mins called the office I told the woman that answered the phone that there was a trailer on the door she didn’t understand me repeated it 4x to her she yell at me and said that attitude wasn’t need I told her not giving one and was asked to repeat it again for the 5th time she said wait took about another 10 mins for a yard jockey to move the trailer at about 10:30 I was texted to pay lumper fee didn’t leave till 11:30 missed the rest of my appointments for the day btw this stop was 2 pallets to be taken off my trailer there excuse was they had overload the appointment time slot for me this place is a joke the people in the office have no type of professionalism there is cussing and screaming in the office and this is all at 2:30 am and even at 11 and 10:30 in the morning when I was sitting there waiting for them to check me out completely unprofessional. If it were up to me I wouldn’t return so for the people that are coming in should watch out and being expected to wait for a very long unrealistic waiting times.
