I am a doordasher and can look a little sketchy at times but I entered this establishment with an order and the people here were more than willing to help me I appreciate the help from the ladies that work here and would love to take orders from here in the future

Had an appointment for makeup and was 10 minutes late due to traffic. Manager said the girl couldn't take me because she has another appointment in 15 minutes! She said they allow 15 minutes for late, but they couldn't take me! Manager kept saying that they can reschedule me. I will not be using this place again! This is bad business and I refuse to spend my money in a place that treat their customers this way! The Hanover store is much nicer and their customers come first! Why would they schedule an appointment so close together??? It can take longer than 30 minutes to do makeup! Obviously they don't put their customers first! Go to Hanover, PA! The management there are awesome!

I’ve always loved Ulta. The employees have always been so amazing when it comes to picking out a new product. I know I can get great advice. I booked a hair cut at the salon, which I’ve never done before. My hair was a mess. It’s very curly but damaged, broken and all different lengths. I knew I needed someone familiar with curls. Typically Ulta’s prices are more than I want to pay but it was absolutely worth it! My stylist was Liz L. I basically told her to do whatever she needed to, to get my hair looking its best. Without knowing her I put complete trust in her. She did not fail me! I am so happy with my hair cut. I definitely needed to cut a lot off. It’s shorter than ever before and she did a phenomenal job!

While this location is very nice and has always been great with online pick up orders, I would strongly advise against scheduling appointments with the salon. I’ve only ever scheduled two appointments to have my makeup done for special events and on the morning of BOTH appointments I received a phone call that a stylist is not available to accommodate my appointment. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or an individual stylist issue but I cannot recommend services at this Ulta location. I would recommend looking around for a more reliable salon.

They have a beauty product and brand for all ladies such facial products, make up products, eyeliners products, lipsticks of all kinds. They have a great quantity of products with other things. They have a large parking spaces available .The discount and sales prices are very quality and available. They sells hair products, nails products, and other things too.

I have been going to Ulta for almost a year now for my wax with Violet who is amazing! Yesterday I had my wallet stolen. So I called to ask if they were able to look up my Ulta credit card to charge it to that because literally everything including my debit card was stolen so I’m waiting on my new cards to come in through the mail. They put me on the phone with the manager who had an attitude with me from the get go because I stated my wallet was stolen and I had no money and just wanted to see if they could charge my credit card by looking up my account. If they couldn’t I wanted to reschedule. The manager said “ well Kelly is going on vacation so you can’t reschedule” I was taken back because well I don’t see Kelly I’m booked with violet who I’ve been going to for a year now. She says well oh ok we can cancel for you. Ok well I wanted to reschedule but with that attitude I will take my money else where. Sorry my wallet was stolen she didn’t have to treat me like I’m scum with no money. East York I will not return. If you don’t want to work with the public get another job!!
