When it came time to end the agreement Property Manager - Sarah was prompt to send out a confirmation. Cancellation was also hassle free.”
“Overall the equipment that I received worked as it should have and was new. The machine I ended up renting was not the size machine I was looking to rent originally as there was a big back and forth from the reservation guy not listening to what I wanted, but rather what he thought I wanted. I was not impressed with my interaction with Chris and I will admit I had a bit of an attitude in return to him telling me what I requested on the phone, which was not what I said. In fact after I booked I was called back twice as he tired to give me a different machine so 3 times I explained to him what I needed and he still couldn't figure it out. Everyone else I interacted with was great, the machine had no break downs, returning was super easy and relaxed.”

“We’ll long story short I had a good experience in this Penske location I got my truck towed to this location to pick up a sub unit when we get there the truck sitting in parking lot but there no keys because it’s Saturday night so i called Penske again I was lucky the super visor come to me twice he give me the keys and on my out I found gate close and Penske call the shop supervisor again (He’s name Kyle I think so ) he was very helpful and Professional Thank you very much for your service it’s nobody going to leave his warm bed in his days off to come and help me In late night around 3am Thank you again and we need people like you to be in this business”
“Great location. Only improvement recommended would be encouraging staff to show up to work on time. There was only 1 team member available to check in guests at 9am Sunday morning on July 21st when the location opened. Unfortunately the first three guests did not take the time to pre-book their orders and it took a very long time to work through them. Two of the first three guests had very challenging requests and gave the team member a difficult time which is why when the 2nd team member showed up and clocked in 15-20 minutes late it was noticeable. I was 4th in line and did not get the keys to my Uhaul until 9:25am which is realistically unreasonable to wait for 25minutes with a reservation. The level of service received was excellent, but time is money especially when coordinating multiple stops between multiple locations and teams. When I left there were 6 groups waiting behind me. Your staff has to show up to work on time.”
