This isn't for tractor supply but their vet. I was in there today with my dog for a hematoma. They told me there was nothing they could do. Okay, fine. However, I asked them to check his ears and clip his nails. He was in and out in 5 mins, but it doesn't seem so bad, right? Well, I asked about his ears, they Said there was wax build up but no infection. How would you know without doing a swab? They didn't clip his nails, so they had to take him back in the room to clip them. Well, I'm now here at an emergency vet. He has an ear infection. Imagine that!!!! I will NEVER again go back there. It's worth the money to go to an actual vet!

There is always a line multiple people deep at check out. Ok. I get help is hard to find, but today, I went to the customer service desk to inquire if I could get assistance in ordering 4 horse stall front sliders. I asked the women at the desk who had a personality of a wet dish rag, if she could help. First... remember, this is an ag store, but she didn't seem to know what a horse stall front with sliding door was. When she found it on her computer, I asked pricing. She said she would have to call. I guess me asking if she would call was a bit too much. She clicked, and clicked, and clicked. Maybe I was making her nervous watching her struggle to find the suppliers number, so I stepped around her to look at the chicks. Another customer came to the desk, asked her a question and she took off with him to the outside of the building without saying anything to me even though I was looking right at her. Customer service tip....when you are helping a customer, you finish with that customer. There was another associate standing right next to her. She could have asked him to help the other customer. Well lady, you lost a $4,000 sale! Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer. Rural King took a couple of clicks, prices on the site, ready to help! Agway in York always super kind associates. Glad I have two other options who are happy for my business

I get lost in there, always something new that's sharp or useful or cute I want to buy. My kiddo always wants the realistic animal figures and I always wanna go home with a new knife or sharp tool. We have to call it a draw and refrain somtimes. Good selection of leather gloves. I go through them fast. Don't bother with goat leather. Planning on getting chicks from there soon this month!

They have a lot of stuff here for farm and home repairs. It's the only place to buy bulk nuts and bolts.

I like the store and the people are very nice, but we are SOOOOOOOO disappointed that their pet wash is constantly broken and often very dirty. The left wash tank has been broken for many months and just a few weeks ago the right one went out of service also. We sometimes would go every week to a week-and-a-half as we are very active with our dog and the accessibility of the wash station was perfect for us. Why does it take so long to fix these things? I'm sure they are missing out on a lot of potential income from this down time. What a shame.

Angie was extremely helpful. She was very personable and eventually helped us pick out reasonably priced outdoor cat food with the assurance we could return if they didn't like it.Btw, they loved it. Thank you Angie

I'm happy to lower the 3 star rating. They turned my two dogs away who just needed 3 shots total, with 40 minutes until closing, claiming they already are 'at capacity till close.' Most companies accommodate and stay open past closing. I get blood tests all the time and they can draw 10 vials of blood in under 30 seconds, surely a couple shots wouldn't have made them to past closing. I was planning this trip for three weeks as this was the only day I'd be able to come due to my work hours. So now they lost who would've been a potential regular customer and I'm just going to leave my dogs unvaccinated cause I guess that's what they'd prefer. Avoid at all costs, if you don't wait early like when the new iPhone drops at apple stores they'll turn you away.
