After visiting numerous dishonest dealerships, we found Thornton Auto through CarGurus. We called in at 2:00PM asking to look at a Mazda CX-5 despite them closing just two hours later at 4:00PM on a Saturday. I immediately knew how supportive and pleasurable of an experience this dealership would be when Malik answered the phone. My mom ultimately ended up purchasing the car and taking it home the same day with a trade-in included. I cannot thank Malik enough for being as compassionate as he was when working with my mom given her anxiety of such a large purchase freshly out of a divorce. Super kind and honest people who are willing to meet you where you are at--something that isn't too common in the automotive industry, especially towards women. Thank you for taking care of my mom (and for staying late to get her all set up); can't recommend this place enough.
