Typically when I try a new place for my nails, my first appointment is very special but then the quality falls off. HOWEVER!At The Heights Nails & Spa, their service is consistently 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually see Bella or Ben, but really they are all good! I’ve been going there for about 6 months and I have no complaints whatsoever!! Sweet people and courteous and call me by name! They are slightly pricier than other places I’ve been to, but WELL WORTH IT!! You get what you pay for! Excellent!!
Cleanliness: Clean salon and rest room is clean and tidy as well!
Stylist: Typically Bella or Ben. Both are excellent but I’ve had others and they are equally skilled.

Henry did my manicure and pedicure. He is friendly and a great manicurist. The owner Daniel as always is friendly, courteous and helpful.

My visit today was great. Manager was nice. Henry who did my nails this time was great. $45 plus $10 tip this time for a fill.
The first time I got my nails done here about 2 weeks ago. Took 2hrs because she kept erasing the design(butterflies) and redoing them. Appreciate the effort, the butterflies were alright. Still loved them. $85 plus $10 tip. The nice lady(very sweet) who did them saw me today and as I was about to leave stopped me and gave me a $10 off coupon for next Time. Very nice people.

I have been going to this nail salon since 2021, and I'm proud to say, I am officially a regular customer. Every time I go in, they do such a beautiful job and everyone is friendly. The music is spa-like, and calming. There are big beautiful windows to let the sun shine in. It's clean and the smell of nail polish never overpowers my senses. If you want your nails done well, along with a friendly face, this should be your place.
