Unfortunately this being my home gym for 5+ years it’s gone downhill. The ceiling leaks from everywhere. I once had a drop splash my face mid set. The locker room is full of gay men, naked All the time, that stare at you making you very uncomfortable, and it’s just unfortunate. Better off going elsewhere. I’ve asked them multiple times to change things and no action has been taken. Not sure the owner cares fully about the place

Started to go back here after many years at LA fitness which suddenly went out of business. So far I'm happy with the place. Sure it's a little old school and the equipment is older but seems well maintained unlike LA fitness where things would be broken for months. I've not seen that here thankfully. The staff and even other members are friendly. I see that they are doing some repairs and improvements which is great to see. Its Usually not too Crowded so I can do my workout with in a reasonable time. They have a pool, racketball and fitness classes available.

Only bad experiences I had hereThe kids club hours is limited! They made me pay for three months that I have never used because I was working. Horrible place! Nightmare!

DO NOT sign up at this gym. If there is a problem with your payment, they send you to collections without even letting you know first. My credit card expired, and the next letter or notice I got was from collections for $70. This is how they treat members of their gym. Be careful!

Very nice gym. Staff is very helpful and sensitive to the needs of their customers. I'm disabled and have vision problems and trouble with walking. The front desk staff were very patient with me and showed me around. I can't remember the lady 's name but she has dark hair and slim build and Mr. Woody was very helpful and even checked on my husband and I to see how we were making out. I really appreciate that. I know I have disabilities but I want to focus on my health and try to get stronger. ??

I just signed up yesterday and the owner was incredibly friendly. He was really helpful and got me working out within 15 minutes of filling out paperwork. The gym has an 80s vibe to it in my opinion but also has new equipment. One thing I wanted to point out because I didn’t see any in the pictures is that this gym has free weights, bench, deadlift, and squat racks. That was also a big thing for me as well. I wanted to be able to do the big 3 with a real bar and not a smith machine. As I was saying I enjoyed the weight lifting but I’m they have a full size pool and classes available as well. I’d highly recommend this gym. Super excited to get back in there. 10/10.

Great experience, although o couldn't keep up because of an injury. I will still attend water arenocs on Monday and Thursday. The instructor was awesome sauce.

They charged a card of mine that was stolen and that had been replaced / inactive for months closed my membership never called me to let me know , sent it to collections and ruined my credit during covid when they weren’t even open , seriously will never be back
