Great customer service with employees that seem to care about the customer. We called around to multiple stores. No one answered during hours. Called this store. Not only answered but had the product that we needed. Short wait time when we arrived. Employees were all helping customers and not standing around talking to other employees or on phone (unlike other T-Mobile stores).

Assistant Store Manager, Derick, was courteous, patient, and so helpful! My boyfriend and I made the drive to this location specifically to work with him and get Apple Watches added to our plan. 10/10 worth the trip. The storefront itself looks dark, but it's open during business hours so stop by!

I visited another T Mobile store before this one. They could not help me. This T Mobile helped me in a matter of minutes to what I thought was a phone that I totally screwed up. 5⭐️

This store is great and the people who work there know what they're doing. I was trying to cancel my t-mobile internet-no issues, just didn't need it anymore- and I couldn't cancel it thru the customer service number because I didn't have or couldn't remember my pin number so they said they couldn't access my account without it. The t-mobile employee S. Even talked to them and couldn't get it canceled. So S. Took the time to call another number explained the situation and gave the phone to me so I could talk to them. Got the service canceled, everything worked out. Thank you so much.

Hi. Being a sprint costumer for 5 loyal years... after 2017 when contacts ended due to government request, we switched from AT&T to sprint for the DEALS :) but were they keeping our information safe ? Idk. My phone was acting weird for a whole month. My number was linked to my mothers, screen record would randomly go off, and on my apple MacBook I saw some glitches. Being in the gen z generation I can tell when a bug or virus is in my device making it act on its own. We own electronics in this day and age, they act the way people code them too. As a digital graphic design artist, student at wcu ; I see that maybe sprint might have been in my phone. T-Mobile merged with sprint and then all of a sudden sprint disappears?! Seems suspicious to me ? Idk about you but I'm good with AT&T ! Especially since they teamed up with target to give us "the people" more Benefits! I even got to keep my phone number! Target gave me the chance to switch over and save so much money in the long run. My representative at the T-Mobile store location today was very informative and helpful, she deserves a raise for the work she does. She's covering up the tracks sprint left. I'm sorry to anyone staying with T-Mobile. Trust me when I say. Something was up. A representative had my number and left me scary voicemails. No way should he have had contact to my line the way he did. "Be weird. Be rude. Stay safe." - crime junkies podcast:)

I wish I could give tmobile a zero star review, I'm so done with the BS with these people!!! They take double payments from your bank account and then turn around and say they can not refund money to that account and all the excuses in the world to say it was their fault, so they get an extra $150 from my bank account which bounces my bank account, therefore, the following week I ask if I could push my payment 3 days until I get paid again and just keep getting issues from previous months repeated over and over again instead of addressing the issue I'm on the phone with, these people are seriously the worst company/customer service to deal with, if you can avoid dealing with these people, I beg you, please DO NOT go with them for phones, internet, tablets, whatever your trying to get, go to AT&T or someone else! Trust me, I wish I would have known before going with them, I'm currently looking at other options and I will be gone and not looking back! Tmobile is absolutely terrible! Avoid at all costs if you can!

This T-Mobile store is where I bought my phone that I've had so much problem with and I've been to three other T-Mobile stores and all they want is your money. I would suggest finding somewhere else to get a phone. They don't care about anything but their money and that's all they want!!They claim to be the number one sales and phone service out there yet their number 17. As far as I'm concerned I would go somewhere else if I were you and that's what I did

Returned a phone here in Oct of 2019 and apparently it wasn’t scanned In correctly. Bc I have been trying to get this resolved for years now. The account was canceled with in 72 hours and phone was returned with in 72 hours. Nobody at this store has helped me get this fixed bc apparently the ppl who worked there before no longer do. Meanwhile I’m still being charged 550 bucks for a phone that was handed to an employee at this location whom told me she would scan it in and take care of it.

Went to this store for home internet. I worked with Derick the Assistant Manager, he was great and very knowledgeable. Any questions I had, he answered thoroughly. I highly recommend dealing with him when visiting.

2 plus hour waiting. Don't blame the in store representative but the over the phone customer service is highly disappointing.
