Was calling around multiple locations to get rates for my elderly mother. Due to my dad dying and having to down size and relocate. (Britney or whitney dont remember )went above and beyond explaining all the different units. I was super stressed and emotional in the moment but you could genuinely tell she had empathy towards me and my situation. She stated her loss of her father recently so I felt like someone understood how I was feeling. In this day an age we forget were all humans and going thru something. Will recommend this buisness to everyone.

I think Ben is absolutely amazing. He has always helped when I needed something and was very attentive. He helped dealing with my mom’s things after her death so easy. It was one less thing I had to worry about. His professionalism is amazing.

I was very excited that the manager called me, and let me know exactly where my storage was located in the facility. He was head on with the location which saved me a lot of time. The facility itself was very convenient for me and I was able to purchase the unit online and putting my items in the next morning!

Communication with Ben was excellent and he was very helpful/ informative! Accessing the storage unit is simple and not tedious at all and the online application/ leasing process was simple and effective. So far , no issues with the unit/ area and hope it stays that way!
