Very rude, snobbish, unhelpful, uncaring! Who wants to sit around to only send 5 documents at a time to be printed when you have alot of documents! Don't waste your time coming here!

booooooo the cashiers are so rude. i walked in to drop off a UPS package and there was a sign on the door that looked pretty old saying they couldn’t take them right now. i wanted to check that was still true since i drove all the way to the west side to drop off a package. a cashier asked me if i was doing a return and i said that i was doing a ups package and she said — VERY rudely that “like the sign says on the door” they aren’t taking returns right now. I clarified again that it was a UPS package not a return and she took such a tone with me to say that “like i said” they aren’t taking them right now. i work in customer service and get it can be frustrating, but the kind of tone she had from the start was so rude

This location should just terminate the staff and consider it a self-serve location. The staff here are completely unaware that customers come before personal conversations. I asked for assistance after standing at the counter for at least 4 minutes. I timed 3 minutes, but I was there a minute or more listening to the 2 females discussing their boyfriend's inadequate behaviors and less than manly performances. Quite frankly, I was appalled that an adult would think it okay to discuss personal business of this magnitude at work in a customer service atmosphere. Once I asked for help, some wild green hair chick spewed a tremendous amount of attitude as if I walked in simply to interrupt her life. I don't know who the manager is, but it's my second time there; each time, there was a situation of unprofessionalism, and this time, it was just flat-out inappropriate, unnecessary, and filthy conversation. Save your trash talk for personal time. Where is the supervision in this place?

Ok I thought I was the only one that have a problem with the pricing. Dude try to charge me 20$ for taping a box. I ship all the time and I have ship at other staples before I think they are stealing from customers. If he did it to me how many other customers just pay without questioning the price. Went to the ups store literally 2 miles down the street better treatment kept it simple and no BS. And total price is 16.00.I hate leaving review but seeing this I don’t want anyone to get rip off I hope this help someone think twice about going here or at the very least watch how much they charge you.

Went here today to print someImportant information that I needed. I waited in line at the print center. A gentleman behind me was waiting as well the two young ladies took the gentleman behind me before I was waited on. After they handle his transaction the one girl goes back onto the computer and the other is helping a lady at the counter and a young girl that had been there. I said excuse me could I get some help. I was told that they was busy and that they would get to me. A few minutes pass I was handed a card and told to go over where the printers was. I told them both that I needed help and was just brushed off like my business with them didn’t matter. I explained I didn’t know how to do anything with the printers. They told me to follow the directions on the email. I can say that I probably won’t be returning considering I was brushed a side and I asked for help and didn’t get any help at all. They sat behind the counter talking and playing around after. This is extremely poor customer service and doesn’t make you feel wanted in the store nor does it feel like my business mattered. Need to do better staples not a way to treat a paying customer, a new customer at that! Hopefully I receive some type of feed back from the store manager because this is not how a customer should be treated! Very disappointed!

Staples is always a quick go to. I would suggest going on apps like iBotta and see what Cashback they offer. They're not the best price but in a pinch it typically have what I need.

I am a regular at Staples 2915 Concord Road, York, PA - At lease 3 to 4 times per week for shipping and shipping supplies. I would like to thank Staples for hiring the most knowledgeable and courteous staff from the store manager, shipping printing department and all salespeople.Keep up the great work!

The manager who runs this store has no idea what he’s doing. I’m tired of going there after seeing what I need is in stock only to find out when I get there it’s not in stock. The manager shouldn’t wish someone to have a conflicted day either. Manager Scott.

Be careful while getting service inside the store. they will tell you 1 price and charge you a higher price, and will charge you extra without telling you.It’s been a while for me to go to staple for something. I was in a hurry to get some blueprints, did not pay too much attention to the receipt. After I dropped off the blueprints, I realized there is a fee difference, and came back to the store for nothing. So be careful while shopping in staples. And I guess that’s why I don’t go there too often.It is simply send it to the printer, the printer is printing. And you call it express. If you are so busy during business time, at least make let people know if anybody who goes to the store for printing service will not get their stuff while inside the store, unless they pay you a fee. If this is not a rip off, what is a rip off.Should go to the ups store instead, probably get a better price and service.

Fabulous staff! Although we ran into a slight hiccup with the printer we purchased online, the staff went above and beyond to fix the issue. The assistant manager, Shawn is THE MAN. He was extremely helpful with everything and he even used a coupon code for me. Thanks for making our holiday season a little more cheerful. Thanks Shawn:)

Awesome customer service! I am not a techie -- Manager Jeff was very patient with my attempt to explain my needs. He recommended items that fit my needs not higher priced items. From the minute I walked thru the door and until I left I was helped locate what I needed (and found items I didn't know I needed!! Lol) . Manager Jeff leads by example. While this is not the closest Staples for me, I will go the extra distance! Thanks Team Jeff!

I visited the Staples on Rt. 30 in York, PA on December 17 at 7:30 pm. I had a critical loan package that needed to be printed. I frequently visit Staples to get my packages printed and they always print them immediately. I simply email them and they are printed within 5 minutes. THIS IS NOT A SPECIAL ORDER...it is simply shrink to fit letter size paper. I tried to explain to the clerk, Kylie, that I was not able to print it on the self serve copier because I had to have "fit to paper size" when printing. Kylie refused to print the document because she said it was a Special Order, and I would have to pick it up tomorrow. She then said VERBATIM..."OK, I don't have to wait on you, and someone else is going to have to ". A Male employee then came over and I explained, AGAIN, to him what I needed. I told Kylie that her customer service skills lead much to be desired...Her response was *very loudly*, "Yeah well, I got lots of customers who don't think so". Her attitude was EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially when other customers were present. I will be terminating my business with Staples because of the horrendous scene that Kylie made, and her refusal to assist me. In my business, employees are IMMEDIATELY terminated for such a poor display of customer service. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED! I then left the store and went to the Camp Hill, PA Staples where they happily and politely assisted me.
