I recommend that you go to this store because one the the associates,John Miller, was such a big help to me!!! He helped me figure out why my bill was so much and even helped me talk to the billing people over the phone. He was great! A+ for customer service!

This is not a real sprint store! Look in to the stores before buying from them.

Finally had my phone situation sorted out, cancelled my main line for my original phone, then I returned the iphone 11 that i was supposed to be my new phone because I couldn't actually get the phone for only $15 extra a month because that deal wasn't real. I ended up paying my last bill for both phones because the line wasn't cancelled. Now it's been 2 weeks since I've returned the iphone 11, and I was told the line was cancelled. IT WAS NOT. So I don't have any phones under this account and I'm still about to be charged a monthly bill. Also they did not give me a receipt for any transaction that i did. This is not a real sprint store! Look into the sprint stores before buying from them.
