I was very happy with my sewing machine repair! John really knows sewing machines. I also purchased a sewing machine and was offered a free lesson to get aquainted with my machine. I spent an hour with a sewist who shared her knowledge of my machine and sewing.

This is a sewing machine store that also sells fabric, not a fabric store that also sells sewing machines. Owner knows his machines and sews with them, and repairs them so he knows value of features and build and support quality. He explained the features and benefits of various priced machines and did not just push the most expensive. Other employees were also very helpful and friendly. We really felt that we would get great support buying a machine here. The Janome machines seemed to be the same price wherever we went, but here slightly better. We were impressed enough that we bought here, an hour and half away from our home in Maryland. (the price saving did not pay for the gas we used to get here, so it wasn't a cost saving decision). I'd recommend Snyder's to anyone considering a new sewing machine in any price range, they seem to have quite a selection. BTW we bought a Janome 6700, and my wife is in love!

Very friendly, sit with you to demo machines and answer your questions. They have lessons, classes, sell fabrics and other sewing supplies. Offer in store repairs. Also have special events with company educators. They attend semiars on lastest machines and technology.A great place that guides you in your sewing adventure

Great variety, excellent customer service (they have not only tried to special order for me, but even found *another store* that had a specific item I needed!They also have a customer club that gives amazing discounts.

Brought my sewing machine in to be serviced and found out another company ruined it by putting the wrong lube in it. John assessed the problem, went to bat for me with the manufacturer and the manufacturer fixed it for no cost. John and Snyder’s have excellent customer service. I will be dealing with this center in the future! They have my confidence.

They have anything you need for quilting, embroidery and your scan and cut. John the owner is awesome and friendly. His staff are great, friendly and informative! The classes are fun!

I had a bad experience with the owners and I am sorry it is the only Brother dealer in our area. They were very rude and disrespectful. Brother customer service needed to intervene and solved the problem.
