All of the sales people are very nice and want to help customers. The lady that works there is without a doubt the most helpful and very precise in everything she does.

Service started off good but ended bad i guess because i didn’t want to buy the shoes i was getting pressured to buy. Customer rep was seen talking about us to his colleagues & they started staring at us making us feel uncomfortable. Did not feel good walking out of the store unfortunately.

Visited this location the first time 3 days ago looking for walking shoes that fit properly.The staff member who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable, and quickly able to find a pair of shoes that work for me. She even provided a discount coupon without me even asking.This store is great, especially if you have wide feet and have trouble finding sites that fit properly at other places.

I highly recommend Shoe Fly for outstanding customer service and selection of quality shoes. Johnny assisted my family from ages 4 to 83 and couldn't have been more patient, kind and knowledgeable about their products. We will be returning!

Walked into the store to look around. I needed work sneakers. I picked out two different brands I was interested in. About 10 mins goes by still waiting for someone to help me. Finally a young gentleman asked me if I needed help trying shoes on. I said yes and proceeded to tell him the brands. He took a long look at my feet looked up at me and said "Those shoes are for women with small feet not wide ones." I was appalled by his comments and walked out of the store. I WILL never ever be returning to this store!

Too expensive for the shoe I was looking for. The sales person desperately tried to sell me a pair of shoes!!! Other than that, the sales people were nice.
