I understand this location just reopened, but please, please train your staff on hygiene and food safety. Had a staff member try and make my coffee right after she was mopping the floor. She did not wash her hands or put on gloves until I asked. It's gross.

I usually come to this store on a regular basis...I door dashed today...and they got my order wrong...not door dashes fault so i called up here and asked if they can take the ones i was given back and make me one with the right ingredients
I was speaking with Denise...I mentioned that she was not very pleasant and I'd like to know her name and she hung up on me...so I took a short trip to the store..she fixed it...but she needs to learn to be patient this is my everyday store
..normally if something is wrong with an order I don't hesitate to call and let them know I will be bringing it back and normally they are not so defensive... I work late nights so I rely on this store ... so please re train Denise that she should never do that to a customer again

Always love going to Sheetz but I was alittle taken back today, since I came in to buy a regular coffee and saw the sign on the door, and recieve a free coffee every week for using the Sheetz rewards app, cashier scanned my rewards card but never said anything about the free coffee, she stated you have to activate the reward, I was just hoping she would've been proactive about it instead of the customer stating it but other than that, always enjoy this Sheetz, time for an eatery section and upgrade if possible to expand though ??

Hey, I finally needed to get fuel at one of my many stops at a Sheetz. This Sheetz was busy and I thought that it was going to be a headache to get fuel here. I have to say, I was wrong. Really wrong. See this location is on a very busy stretch of road and I was worried that it was going to be a hard in and out of the lot. But it was nice to have an easy in and I was able to pull right up to a pump. Did my thing, scanned my code, tapped my card, selected my fuel and I was set to go. One thing I liked about this stop was that I was able to unload my vehicle of all the loose trash I had over this past road trip. I didn't need to go inside here on this stop, but I am sure it was set up per usual, and busy as the outside. Once done, I was able to pull back out onto the road and be on my way.

It was OK there’s plenty of food but not as many healthy options that I was looking for. I was able to get some fruit which was over priced for the lack of quality. Their sundries options was extremely lacking. I was looking for baby wipes, and some Clorox or Lysol wipes, and they didn’t have any of that. I did come late in the evening after traveling here and getting to my hotel. Sadly, it was the only thing open and there was no drugstores open as late as we arrived in town. I really wish that they had more options for more sundries and fresher, healthy options for food.

Bathrooms were filthy. Paper towels everywhere on the sink on the floor within stalls. Two stalls within men’s bathroom no toilet paper at all had to use the seat covers to wipe. Floors were dirty has not been deep cleaned or mopped to say the least. Either under staffed or just poor work ethic I couldn’t really say but absolutely no care for a clean restroom.

I had the best experience with the staff today. Two staff members tried their best to address my question, then Mikayla (the manager, I think?) was friendly, professional and determined to find a solution for me. My Sheetz app wasn’t working, but she honored my gas discount anyway and advised me how to move forward. She apologized for the difficulty and handled it efficiently. I was so grateful for this help!
