I've had some ridiculous experiences at some local pharmacies. One time, South Queen street Walgreebs was to deliver my medication to my door. Weeks after they were supposed to. That's a whole other issue. They dropped my bag on our front step and then the pharmacy called repeatedly for hours. I finally answer and the pharmacist tells me he gave me the wrong medication. I left the bag closed and took it back the next day. Weeks later I find out the gave me NARCAN in that bag. I was shocked when my doctor told me. It wasn't the only crazy thing they did but it was my final straw. Enter Sam's pharmacy. The staff here, have been here for as long as I can remember. Good sign. They know what they are doing and clearly get treated ok by Sam's in order to keep them. They are fast. I have a medication that I typically can't find anywhere and need to wait weeks for backorder. Not here. 3 days and they have it in-stock. I am so happy that I've switched. The nightmare of medicine is over for me. They make it please and seamless. Thank you guys.

I went to get an eye exam and to purchase glasses, the eye dr is excellent, great personality, the assistant was also very cool. I had to purchase a membership to buy my glasses, when i asked how much they said $50 i was like eh that’s a lot.. when i started to walk away, she said they have a half price deal if you Google it. They did!! With that said i got a membership, glasses, eye exam and great customer service all for under $250 no insurance!

We used self checkout for the first time, didn't go so smoothly with bananas and pomegranates. No one around to help so we improvised to pay money for them and get home. Got harassed by the door lady because I chose normal bananas vs organic, didn't even notice. I just used the lookup screens log, organic didn't even exist. Then we were told we couldn't just get 2 pomegranates we needed to get an entire box...uhhh what? We got them before just fine. The experience was just awful for me having to do their job for them via self scan, them not having options correctly on it and then being yelled at for doing it wrong, for a whooping break even or 1 dollar difference. Worst experience so far. Ps. I'm an ex grocery manager...

My bf ended up with two slashed tires on I83 - metal came out of the road that had been repaired. Called Sam’s club and talked with Carlos. Yes, they were busy, but if we could get the rims there, they would get the tires on. I drove my bf there with the tires, told 1-2 hr. wait. we were grateful. Tires were on in 50 minutes. Thanks to Carlos and his coworkers for exceptional customer service. I called back in the next day and Carlos retrieved the tires so I could take photos to turn claim into Penn Dot.

You can definitely tell that Sam's Club and Walmart are hatched from the same bad egg. The York, PA location has a broken oven in their cafe. Instead of asking customers to wait about 15 minutes for an entire pie ($8.98) to cook, they are charging customers $2.50 PER SLICE to make a whole pie, out of the already cooked pies they had in their warming display! That would make.it.nearly $20 for an entire pizza. We talked to the manager and the customer service reps about it, as we were watching people buy multiple pies and being cheated out of their money. The manager argued and said that it was impossible to cook a whole pie and sell it to us (as we wanted to buy one), even though they were clearly cooking two pies at a time in less than 30 minutes, to sell them per slice from their case to make a "whole" pie. They told us they could sell us the whole case of slices, which would screw with the people in line behind us that were waiting for a single slice. But not a pie, that I was willing to wait for.Terrible service, rude manager, and an obvious connection with the terrible service and rude employees that Walmart hires.

I have a Plus Membership and a Sam’s Club Visa. Went to redeem my cash payment today, and was told they are out of cash due to the “rush” for the past 2 days (my rewards could have been redeemed starting yesterday. They won’t get any cash in until Monday afternoon, and the manager couldn’t tell me what time. Very poor customer relations. Think I will drop my membership before renewal and join Costcos in Lancaster area.

this store is a joke no manager there all carts outside people with babies can't shop cause there are no carts. manager plays opossum. says they can't get carts because of lighting but of I could post a photo of the 400 carts in the cart return you can see they weren't brought it all day. they had the customers going out and bringing them in. guess customers can get struck by lightning

Standing in line to cancel my membership. I've been waiting about 20 minutes. Four people in line, one clerk working while the other is trying on glasses at the optical center. Ask me again why I'm canceling my membership?

the gentleman that is unloading the Nestle water truck has been unloading the Nestle water truck for an hour and a half and the driver is sitting in 20 degree weather in the truck not good
