Tired of wasting my money here!! Your employees who make food don't care. Let's just throw everything willy-nilly into a plastic bag. Everything falls out and messes up the entire order. On top of that, the employees can't read the orders and screw that up. So I'm throwing money away in 2 different ways! Order a salad and half of the ingredients are missing plus the ingredients that are there are bad. I'm done. Sheetz is so much better!

3.99 for a “large” order of Mac and cheese bites and they legit give you 6 is ridiculous. It has nothing to do with this location specifically but cmon corporate, you make enough off your shitty gas that you sell over market price daily. Do better

Since the remodel, this should be considered the gold standard for Rutter's. Always clean and calm when I stop in, and the bathrooms are modern and inclusive. I don't know why we can't do this everywhere. I hope the staff sees this and gives themselves a pat on the back. You're doing great, y'all ?

The store is clean my only problem is this is the ONLY location that refused my passport ID because they don't scanUpdating because they do accept passport IDs now

Got food from Rutters at Mt Zion and came home to a whole box of burnt, EMPTY mozzarella sticks.. not even one had cheese in it…. $7.50 for BREADING. Rutters needs to hire experienced employees.

Be careful using atm tried taking 20 out got charged 2.50 fee and did not dispense my 20 so had to file dispute with bank and police report atm is a scam still out my money and lady at counter told me it should go back on my card please fix your atm stop ripping people off

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I won $245 in lottery scratch offs and I only received $232 and the cashier or place stole my other $13. Don’t go here they will rob your winnings!!!!!
