Food service was slow, and we didn't get what we ordered. I got a 3 PC spicy chicken meal and only one piece was in the box with the biscuit. Missing my side completely. No forks or spoons.

I have placed many large catering type chicken order with this location and can't say enough great things about the service, the quality, and helpfulness of the staff at this location. Great work from people at this store. Thank you from me and all the guys who enjoy your delicious chicken.

I just want a cup of coffee without having to use an iPad and waiting 6 minutes for it to brew. On my way to Rutters!
It just absolutely baffles me that these companies spend thousands of dollars on this fancy bullshit equipment, when the simplicity of the older style reigns supreme. You walk up, pull the lever, coffee in cup. Why did it ever need to be more complicated than that?

Ordered five chicken legs today. Dry and overcooked. I have not been there for awile and thought I would try again. Won't see me again unless there is an improvement. Also, too salty.

Location is horrible to get to, and the kids that staff the place(with no shift supervisor that I could see) completely messed up my order and forgot to put my receipt in the bag. Very poor customer service!

Stopped in to claim a ROFO reward on my card. Nobody on the cash registers. So I ask the lady behind the food counter how I go about claiming it. She told me that there were no ROFO food rewards, only certain drinks. I pointed out that I had two food rewards on my card. She insisted that was imposssible. It was infuriating. She just didn't know what the hell she was talking about, but the swagger. Is it too much to ask that someone who is familiar with basic company policies or can assist in transactions be on duty?

Just want to say that I truly appreciate the warmth from the staff at this location. They're always happy to greet you, and say hello, to me that goes a long way! I spoke to the manager Amy who is AMAZING about ordering food for my family, she told me her crew is attention detailed to what comes out of their kitchen. My food was fresh and hot, I hate food that's been sitting around all day! Thanks for keeping your word. I enjoy my experiences even though Donnie I think his name is won't ever be a Cowboys fan, I know he wants to be!!!

This location is ok. Employees here seem to be more pleasant and willing to assist more than most locations. Although it’s filthy as all royal farms stores are. They need to definitely up their cleanliness of their stores. Doors, floors, entrance are all very dirty!!!

One of the cleanest RoFo stores I have visited. The staff very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door.
