Stopped in for a 3 piece fried chicken lunch around 3 today, chicken was terrible almost uneatable, it was like card board.... will not be back or recommend!! SHAME on you rofo for serving that to a customer, SMH

EXPLOITATION AT THE WORKPLACE is what these people do to their employees, only one guy in the kitchen to deal with 10 orders at the same time… very inconsiderate for these people who work here, I want to file a complaint to the manager or whoever is in charge, we need to speak up, is not fair.

My husband went here a couple weeks ago late one night when he had a craving for some fried chicken. He was unfamiliar with their ordering system there in the store and could not find anyone helpful. I don't know what went wrong with the system when he ordered his food but he ended up being overcharged. 24.99 for an eight piece of dark meat chicken instead of the $15 which is already expensive. Then it looks like he was charged twice for the french fries but one was taken off. I really wish I would have went back and told them he was overcharged but you can't prove anything when looking at a credit card receipt. $30 for salty chicken and some soggy potato wedges. I'm still mad.

Being from nc we dont have royal farms in our area so we always make it a point to stop in for chicken & gas traveling to York. The chicken was seasoned & fried perfectly and the wedges with gravy were a hit as always!!

This store has a racist working there. Corporate office of royal farms does not feel they need to remove them. Some that hold there race above others. Calling other races counterparts while representing theirs as people. There is no room for racism in this world let alone the work place. Hey but the chicken is still the best in the area. So go on in.

Tried to get the premium car wash. When I pulled my car into the wash, none of the lights were working, to be able to tell if the car wash was done. The blow dryer was not working. I wish that they would close The car wash if it is not working properly

Done with Royal Farms...period. Stopping at the RT30, York location, every week for 2 years. CAN'T get simple gas receipts consistently from any of the pumps. Back to Rutters. See ya.
