Terrible customer service. Misty hung up on me while trying to ask a question regarding a part for a dryer. When I called back, Amber was rude (didn't want to be bothered), then gave me the most astronomical price for a thermal fuse I've ever come across. It was over $50 for a $10 part.Seriously, get some people who aren't grumpy and miserable to answer the phones.

My parents have been dealing with Romberger's for over 30 years. Went there with my Mom today to purchase a refrigerator. Let's just say the Rombergers of the past is not the same as the Rombergers of today. We walked in; 3 women sitting behind the counter, no one else in the store and not one of them made eye contact or even attempted to get up to ask what we needed. I finally said hello and was then asked what we were looking for. The oldest of the women behind the counter started "barking" out questions. She sounded as if we were disturbing her and it was a complete bother to wait on us. In addition to that, she did not address my Mother, who was the one purchasing the item. She would only look at me and asked questions as if my Mom wasn't there. BIG MISTAKE!! Not once did she get off of her chair to help and when we explained what we were looking for, she just proceeded with her perturbed tone explaining how long things take to order. When asked about the ordering time, she replied " I have some customers waiting since last year" and when pushed a bit further about the particular item we would be interested in ordering, she then looked at the computer and "said mid December". That's a far cry from 10 months. My mom was prepared to order, but I gently persuaded her to wait. We will not be ordering from Rombergers now or in the future. Loyalty goes a long way, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I have been dealing with Romberger’s for over 40 years. Great and reliable service. They are definitely there when you need them. Kolby and Ricky delivered new fridge to my home and we’re very polite and professional. Thank you guys so much for the great and prompt service!!

I will say that overall I am happy with the product I bought, and things went relatively smoothly. The customer service, however, was very disappointing. I stopped by Romberger's because I was looking for a new refrigerator. When I showed up I the building looked like a junkyard. I walked into their office and instead of greeting me like a valued customer, a woman was sitting at a computer and acted like I was interrupting something important. When I said what I was there for, instead of asking what I was interested in and what my needs were, she asked for a product number. I had done some research, but I was hoping for a little help from a knowledgeable salesperson. This wasn't very good customer service. Another staff member came in half-way through our conversation and was a bit more eager to help. I chose this place because I had a special request of the delivery people--to move my current fridge into my basement. Since lowes uses subcontractors for deliveries, I thought it would be more complicated. I asked at the time of purchase if they would do this and was assured it was no problem. The fridge took a while to come which was fine, but when it did come in and they scheduled delivery, I mentioned my request again. They said, no problem, they would let the delivery person know. The delivery person showed up, was pretty brusque and had not been informed what they were supposed to do with the old fridge. The space was tight, but I measured and it would fit through the door to the basement. Nevertheless the guy grumbled and sighed loudly the whole time. I think the fridge could have made it downstairs by simply re-orienting the fridge instead of removing the doors, but I decided not to interrupt his huffing and puffing. The fridge eventually made it to the basement and the new fridge was in. New fridge works great. Looks good. Nevertheless, I didn't feel like a valued customer, and I'm not likely to go there again for my future purchases.

We had a new Maytag washing machine installed on 5/12/21. The installation professionals arrived during the expected window and were professional and polite. They had the old washing machine out and the new one installed in under 20 minutes. The new washing machine works fine and is much quieter and faster than my old machine. I would recommend Romberger's to anyone for a washing machine purchase.

I have dealt with Romberger's for over 20 years. I have always felt that everyone there always had my best interests in mind. No pressure just information. They deliver and service what they sell. We have propane and that is not a problem for them....the service guys are the best. Brian, Ricky and Kolby delivered with care and made certain that all appliances were installed the way I like it. There was no rushing and plenty of time to show me any bells and whistles. Highly recommended by my husband and me!

We were not happy with the installation of our dryer. The sales person said the installers would take our old dryer pedestal off and install it on the new one. The installers said that they couldn’t do it because it wouldn’t fit. I had installed the one from our old washer onto the new Electrolux washer some years ago so I know it would work. When they hooked up the dryer they didn’t even install the clamps on the exhaust hose and it was leaking, had to fix it myself. They also didn’t install the water lines for the steam, had to do it myself. Might have to locate a new appliance dealer going forward if this is the type of service your going to get.

Ron Biser and unsatisfied customers, your pedestals were not compatible with your new machine. They would've needed motified to be compatible and this was explained to you and you agreed that you had to modify it to fit the machines that you had them on and it took you awhile to do it. Im sorry for any miscommunication. If you would like them to be modified to fit your new ones, then you would have to call in and get a price...if we can do that. As far as the steam kit, you asked your wife and she told you NOT to hook it up. If anything was not correct with install please call us at Romberger's appliance and we will fix it. That goes for any unsatisfied customer with our service, please call us. We strive for customer service and want our customers happy and coming back. Also during this pandemic. Appliance manufacturers are running at 50%, that means it is difficult to get appliances in a reasonable time frame. If any of appliances are not working up to customer standards, thats on the manufacturers. We dont build them, we service and install them and try our hardest to keep our customers happy. Thank you

Called Romberger's asking if they had ge or Frigidaire garage ready freezers. First saleswoman said she'd check. She left and never came back to phone. I called again. Next. Saleswoman told me all freezers are garage ready. I explained garage ready means ok to keep freezer in environment between zero and 110 degrees F. She told me this temp only matters for refrigerators as they have 2 thermostats. She said she asked coworker who has been there 30 some years and they both Googled it and GE makes garage ready. I told her I know Frigidaire does also, and she asked for the model number. I told her I didn't have model no, im just shopping. She kept repeating all freezers are garage ready and outside temp only matters for refrigerator. When I tried explaining what I need, she kept repeating same thing and added her friend worked there a long time and knew she was right. She said I needed to let her talk more and said I was being rude the whole time. I told her i didn't want to listen to her illogic anymore,, and their customer service sucks. I would never purchase any appliance from a company having saleswoman who insist on providing incorrect info as if it were fact. So, you "Googled" it, huh? Maybe you should read a but more and enlighten yourself instead of arguing with your potential customer. I wonder how many customers were assured their freezer was garage ready, and suffered food loss due to this inaccurate info. Moral to this story: Do not buy from Rhomberger's- you'll be mislead into buying a product not suited to your needs..

We purchase all of our appliances from Romberger’s. They carry top quality products and offer skilled service. Their delivery team, Kolby and Ricky, were outstanding. Our recent purchase, a refrigerator, arrived at the time and date we requested. The delivery team was skilled, friendly, and efficient. They explained the new refrigerator and took care as they removed the old one. We were very pleased with the purchase and the whole Romberger team.

I was supposed to be getting about 1500$ worth of appliances we havent had clean clothes in about a week.So they come inside and they leave because they were afraid of my dogs who are crated btw so now me and my family have no clean clothes because our washer is out thanks for ruining somebody life

Always friendly and best prices. Being widowed it helps me alot. Even when my husband was living we went here. Sorry Romberger died, he will be missed!
