Terrible customer service. Misty hung up on me while trying to ask a question regarding a part for a dryer. When I called back, Amber was rude (didn't want to be bothered), then gave me the most astronomical price for a thermal fuse I've ever come across. It was over $50 for a $10 part.Seriously, get some people who aren't grumpy and miserable to answer the phones.

Stay away from this business. They require you to call for price's. From what I have found just from the past month of contacting them is they change their prices depending on who you talk to. Real shady if you ask me

My parents have been dealing with Romberger's for over 30 years. Went there with my Mom today to purchase a refrigerator. Let's just say the Rombergers of the past is not the same as the Rombergers of today. We walked in; 3 women sitting behind the counter, no one else in the store and not one of them made eye contact or even attempted to get up to ask what we needed. I finally said hello and was then asked what we were looking for. The oldest of the women behind the counter started "barking" out questions. She sounded as if we were disturbing her and it was a complete bother to wait on us. In addition to that, she did not address my Mother, who was the one purchasing the item. She would only look at me and asked questions as if my Mom wasn't there. BIG MISTAKE!! Not once did she get off of her chair to help and when we explained what we were looking for, she just proceeded with her perturbed tone explaining how long things take to order. When asked about the ordering time, she replied " I have some customers waiting since last year" and when pushed a bit further about the particular item we would be interested in ordering, she then looked at the computer and "said mid December". That's a far cry from 10 months. My mom was prepared to order, but I gently persuaded her to wait. We will not be ordering from Rombergers now or in the future. Loyalty goes a long way, but your customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Ricky and Kolby delivered our freezer today! We were impressed with the care they took to maneuver the appliance through our living level and down the steps to the utility room. They leveled the unit, took time to explain basic operation, and answered our questions. We give these guys 5 stars for their professional demeanor and customer care!

Drove out to buy a new washing machine just to find out that you are closed on Wednesday. Updating your hours would have been helpful.
