I took my daughter's 2003 Santa Fe in there. I was sure we'd have to buy another car as the engine sounded horrible. They took the time to listen to me ramble, offered me a fair prognosis and fixed it up for far less than I was expecting. Extremely honest, fair people that are rare to come by these days! Very rude and disrespectful since the first phone call I made. I tried to explain about my car and he constantly shut me down without even knowing what was going on and then LIED TO ME ABOUT THE SERVICES HES ABLE TO DO AND BLOCKED MY NUMBER

My experience at Rodenhaber’s was not good. He was very unprofessional and rude since the first time I called to schedule an appt to have my car checked. We dropped the car off a Monday, ( as we were said over the phone) he said he would check on it the next day (which would of been Tuesday) because he didn't have time that same day to work on it ( understandable), he did not call until Friday answering our questions very sarcastically. To then say he still needed to find the “leakage” because he was not sure were it was happening. He kept the car for another week to call back and say its just the battery. A person with his attitude should not own a business. He should retire and go in a nursing home!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TANNED OR DARKER. I AM HISPANIC AND IM PRETTY SURE MY COLOR HAD ALOT TO DO WITH HIS NASTY ATTITUDEService: Battery
