Buyer beware. We bought a truck from the “budget” lot and signed an “as is” statement based on their verbal assurances that the engine and frame were fine. They are not. We were immediately advised not to drive it, it’s not an even safe. But they watched us drive it away without any qualms. And, of course didn’t answer calls or emails after If they were honest in their sales, and certain of the vehicle’s worth, why not take it back?

I purchased a 1994 Chevrolet Corvette on July 3rd. Drove it a little bit and had no problems until Friday July 5th I was taking it to work and was going to have new wipers installed that afternoon. When I started it Friday morning it made a weird engine noise. So after work I took it back to Ricke Brothers. They took it to their repair shop up the hill and they found out it had 4 lifters collapsed. They covered the bill for new lifters, pushrods and rocker arms. I also told them the drivers side window didn’t work. They replaced that too as well as the wipers, inspection, new serpentine belt and both coolant sensors. I can’t express enough on a 5 star rating how they impressed me with their customer service. Many Thanks!

I enjoyed working with Eric from Ricke Bros. There were a few items I was concerned with on the truck I purchased. He had them fixed prior to picking up the truck. Had a few last minute changes on the day of purchase and he made the adjustments on the fly. Happy with my purchase here.

I bought my second car from there and was very disappointed it should not have been able to pass inspection inside of a car with filthy dirty took me 4 hours to clean it so just be careful what you buy you never know what you're going to get out of a used car,,

I just bought a ford f350 dually from Eric at Ricke bros. He was one of the best salesmen I’ve encountered. I drove an hour to buy and would do the entire deal over in a heart beat. In fact he’s got his eyes out for my next car for my girlfriend.

Personally he's a nice guy but to me I think the prices are to high esp with the mileage the vehicles have on them as I'd never buy one as anything over 100k to me ain't worth over 5k but some he has as like 21k and they older models. .but that's just my opinion. As we all have them lol ?

I called Ricke Bros Car Sales from Niagara Falls NY to ask about a 2012 Ford Explorer they had for sale. I spoke with a Eric Heiland.He said this truck is nice. I gave a deposit over the phone,drove 6 hours to check it out. Eric was absolutely correct. This Explorer was like new. I bought it. I dropped off the rental car and then drove my purchased Explorer back 6 hours home to Niagara Falls NY. This Explorer took the PA and NY hills like a dream back home. These folks at Ricke Bros are A Plus +++ Great Dealership.I also dealt with Randy...great guy.Eric...awesome sales person

I bought the car saturday paid cash. By wednesday there was a check engine light on. I got what I paid for. Probably won't go back I thought They were ok , I called and explained what happened and he said it's just a sensor problem. I won't go back. Go back there
