This is a great store, and great environment to shop at. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you can get anything you want/need that is eco friendly! Love how cute and clean the place is!

I wish every city had a Refillism! Not sure what to expect, myself and some friends ventured inside during a York city event. Greeted immediately by friendly and inspiring workers, they explained the concept of Refillism, what products were offered and how they worked, and most importantly helped me fill my first bottles of amazing and sustainable cleaners, lotions and soaps. We came away having fallen in love with their mission, their products, and their space. I will definitely continue to visit and refill my products at Refillism. Do your part to make our environment and our community more sustainable and visit Refillism!

What a great shop!! Had a great experience perusing the store, so many products I never knew I needed. Friendly, attentive staff who answered all of my questions as a first time customer(and there were a lot!). Walked out with some amazing goodies and will definitely be back. Highly suggest giving this store a visit!!

Refillism is an amazing experience with a very incredible concept! It’s full of useful items that varies from cleaning to day to day items. one my favorites is the tablets for brushing my teeth they come in handy for when I travel ! And last but not least the owner is such an amazing person with an incredible attitude and incredible costumer service all my experiences coming to the store have been incredible highly recommend!!!!

I stopped in there today. Ladies working in there was more worried about the schedule. Then waited on me. Or tell me what the store was about. All she was worried about was getting off for her birthday or somebody birthday .I walked around for about 10 minutes , that was not even knowledge. Then lady came in and asked about a $5 gift card she got . The lady show couple products. She didn't even tell her what the store was about. She went back over to work on the schedule. Then more customers came in so I decided to leave. Very bad customer service. On a day that they were having a street fair. Help someone in management seizes and reaches out to me

This place is amazing and I was SO ecstatic to find them here in York. The concept is fantastic, the store is so clean and easy to navigate, and the workers there are truly so kind. I stopped in one morning with my two small kids and loved that I got to show them a responsible way to restock our home goods. The dish soap, reusable straw, and shampoo bar we got have all been amazing additions to our home. We will definitely be regulars here now!

We are so glad to have Refillism in our town. We have we found effective products at a reasonable price that reduce our use of plastics. As an added plus, they have a helpful staff who makes shopping fun! We use their products for our laundry, dishes, and personal care. Their glass straws and reusable paper towels are used daily in our home. If you’re looking to make an Earth friendly change and if you believe in the power and importance of supporting local business, look no further than Refillism. You will not be disappointed.
