Totally ridiculous. I booked an appointment for 10:20am. After doing some personal errands I realize that I was close to the laboratory, so I decided to go before the appointment time. I arrived at 9:20. There were only 2 people in the room and me. I checked in to the system and I sit and wait. The room was empty, they didn't call me and suddenly two more people came in. I go back to being left alone in the waiting room, they don't call me. Another two peoples comes in and they instantly call them. I ask the employee, “Excuse me, if I arrive early for my appointment and there's no one in the room, do I still have to wait for the appointment time to be seen?” And she says YES. It's absurd, ridiculous and doesn't make sense. Of course they could have taken care of me. On two occasions I was left alone in the room, so there were no more patients waiting, and the process takes them no more than 7 minutes.

What an amazing experience. Is it weird to say that about a place that sticks a needle in you? I made an apt, arrived 30 mins early (I was hungry), checked in, and sat in my car. By the time I got my windows down, I got a text saying it was time. I did not catch the techs name but absolutely a great conversationalist. She explained everything and made it a quick and painless process. She also had gorgeous hair. Would do it again.... next year as a matter of fact.

It was quick, easy, and painless. I didn’t even have an appointment so I expected to wait a while but I didn’t even have to. Everything was great!

This one is a hard no for me. The appointment time matters not. You will wait regardless. The waiting room is essentially a place where you can watch people melt down from the lack of staff interaction.
The staff was very friendly, but even they admitted that the waiting area and wait times are out of control. Probably due to lack of staffing. Bottom line, go elsewhere.

Their walls are a lot thinner than they think. Racist staff members spewing slurs behind closed doors.

I had my blood drawn from Ashley and she was the best! She's very relatable, sweet and very kind! She treated me like a friend from the moment we started talking. I felt no pain from the needle either which is always a plus! Thank you Ashley for being such a good person!
(Update)
My son and I had the pleasure of meeting Kenya! She was so kind to my 2 year old and included him with everything without actually taking his blood of course. She was so kind to him and it made us so happy and comfortable!
I've never had a bad experience here, I always make an appointment. All the women I've ever dealt with have always been so sweet and gentle.

Avoid this unprofessional place. They say they are open Saturdays which they aren't. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone. If you go without an appt, prepare to spend all day there.
