Went here only one time, paid for an evaluation and never got one because my daughter is not a morning person and was just screaming and crying the whole time and gave up after 20 when its suppose to be an hour long evaluation. They only do evaluations at 8 in the morning and can’t do any other time for it. Then was told we will still have to pay for a session when we never got the evaluation. They need to work with the kids schedule and not just their own (especially meeting the child for the first time.) will not be going back and still out $225 with no evaluationt done.

We moved her from Pittsburgh last year. I work in therapy so I am very particular with who my daughter sees and who will get the results we desire. Anne is everything we were looking for and more our daughter has made leaps and bounds in just on year. We Will be with Ann for a long time and feel fortunate we did our research and found her.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Pediatric Therapy Associates. They have helped my family in tremendous ways over the past several months and we are grateful. Ann is very passionate and cares so much about all of the kids she works with. It is absolutely something you can see by the way the kids respond to her. All of the other staff members are wonderful, kind and understanding of all the needs of the kids. I feel like they are an extension on our family! They put in a lot of time and effort to help with the success of the clients they work with. If you are seeking any kind of intervention, please see Ann! She has truly changed our lives!

My son has been coming to speech therapy for 8+years. Ann Hunter and her staff are fabulous. Her office Manager Stacy is wonderful to work with!!! I would highly recommend her if you are in need of speech therapy. Ann is professional and has extensive knowledge and gives wonderful advice to work with at home/community. My son has come a very long way! These ladies are like family to us.

Ann has been a life savior to our family. She is very patient, fun and passionate about helping each child exceed potential. She has extensive knowledge in her field and gives wonderful advice on what to work on at home. She makes this experience enjoyable, proof that my children always look forward to seeing her. Every week we see our children improve thanks to Ann and Heidi. I would highly recommend any child who has a speech delay to go to Pediatric Therapy Associates.

We have been coming to Ann’s office twice a week for 3.5 years. Not only have we always been met with kindness and understanding, but Ann has experience we have not been able to find with any other speech therapists. I cannot imagine where we would be if we wouldn’t have found Ann and her practice. Ann and Heidi provide individualized care for each child, and they work to keep sessions interesting, engaging and fun, while also hitting the core issues my daughter needs to work on. This is obvious in the fact that my daughter still enjoys coming in every week to work with them. I have no doubt that all the progress we have seen is thanks to Ann. I recommend Pediatric Therapy Associates to everyone I know who may need speech services for a child. Thank you Pediatric Therapy Associates for changing our daughters life !

I can not say enough about Ann Hunter and Heidi Miller. We have been going to them for 6 years now. I have 2 kids with severe apraxia and sensory issues and this team as done amazing transformations with my children to help them grow and succeed in life. I love the way they teach the children and they also will help train the parents to continue working with the kids at home. I would not recommend any other speech therapist. She is the best!

We have been going to Ann Hunter for 2 years now weekly. I cannot express the gratitude we have to both her and Heidi Miller for helping our little guy with speech delay, auditory processing, and sensory issues. He has come a very long way. Because of these wonderful ladies I know we are setting him up for success to start kindergarten this coming fall. They have become like family to us and my son loves them. I recommend them to anyone seeking out intervention for their child(ren).

We have been using Ann Hunter as our speech therapist for approximately 7 years now. We have three children (one is deaf, the other two are autistic with one having severe verbal apraxia) and each see Ann. First, her facility is very clean. Toys and devices are sanitize before and after a child uses them. Her staff is very professional and courteous. Claims are promptly submitted to insurance. If you over pay for some reason, you have the option to be refunded or to leave a credit on your account. This happens to us from time to time due to hitting our out-of-pocket catastrophic max. Having multiple speech therapists in the past (through Hershey Medical and the local Intermediate Unit), the amount of knowledge that Ann has in her field has not been matched. Not only is she well versed in speech and language disorders, she uses a holistic approach to assess her patients. She is patient and encouraging.A previous reviewer mentioned that their evaluation did not go well because their child screamed and the evaluation was ended. Having three children that have been evaluated by Ann (and the one is a screamer), it is hard to believe this happened, as my child screamed for an entire year before he was able to regulate. Please note, I attended every therapy session with him and witnessed first hand the depths that Ann went to so she could finally communicate with him. After a break from speech (such as over the holidays), we will deal with the screaming spell for a week or two, until we get back into our routine. Ann is very aware of this, and curtails sessions after a break to include activities that comfort the child to re-establish trust. She is definitely a veteran in her field. Ann and her staff have treated my children as if they were their own. In addition, they have provided support to my husband and I over the years. It is not easy having a child with special needs... or three in my case, but having a team of providers that truly care about the health, development, and well being of your child as well as your family is priceless. Ann is part of my team. Her staff is part of my team. My family will forever be grateful for them.

Ann is a wonderful speech therapist. She has done amazing things with my son. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a speech therapist!!! She’s the best around!

Ann and Heidi do fantastic work with our little girl! We have seen extremely noticeable differences in her language skills in less than a year with the treatment they provide.
