February 2024 by Ferreedom Camping
How can you trust a medical facility that in February of 2024 makes you wear a mask? If they are so miss informed about masks how can you trust their medical judgement? Also, the office staff was very indignant about it. I will be switching doctors offices immediately.

I have been a patient here for over twenty years today I call to get a prescription refilled that I take to fly I am leaving tomorrow morning so I checked my medication and realized I was out I called in they said they see I was a patient but couldn’t find the rest of my records or even see what I have gone here for in the past they could see my proscription that I was calling for now the fun part after updating all my lost info she said she would send over my refill so later today went to pick it up and nothing was sent so I called then they told me that they would refill my prescription because I haven’t been seen there in 5 years and by the way I just got this prescription from them on 4/20/2019 so I told them that I have the bottle and that I just got it filled then but still refused to fill it without a visit but that they could give me a visit in time so now no prescription to fly snd they don’t care this place has gone down hill they just want money I asked what would you need to see me fir I am not sick and it say just to fly on my prescription doesn’t make sense to me finding new doctor

I’ve been going to to this practice for many years. I loved my doctor. Now it seems they do not care. It seems that I am a nuisance. This is happened in the last year or so. Also, since the change to UPMC, it is impossible to schedule an appointment or get ahold of them. Lastly, I give 3 stars because this practice has been so wonderful in the past. Maybe it will change or maybe it is better for others. As of now, I’m looking for a new PCP. Obviously, it’s important for your doctor to care.

Dr. Kurtz is the best doctor I have ever had. She really cares and listens to your concerns. She is always there to help with anything you may be concerned with and gets back to you quickly. I’m very lucky to have found her !

I feel so lucky to have such a caring and compassionate doctor in Dr. Kurtz. She always has time to listen and she truly cares for our concerns. It is very difficult to get thru on the phone and to set up appointments but it's worth the wait.

Where do I start I have been part of this practice for many years three times now I have been called because my doctor has canceled x3 office hours after requesting off from work in advance most recently my appointment was canceled 4 days before my scheduled appointment that I waited 3 months for and I was told I would not be able to get back in until April for an appointment to see Dr Murudkar so after waiting on the phone for 30 minutes with the call center I was able to get in on the back line to this office for them to reschedule me two weeks later only because there was an opening and again had to take a day off of work.PA Spader works at a practice off of Queen street. I will be transferring my care to this practice. The phone number on file is useless nobody answers. The staff are rude and clueless.

Brittany is so nice over the phone! Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Patel both of whom I've worked with are intelligent, compassionate, and are helping me get to the bottom of my issues rather than treating me like another guinea pig.I'm so grateful for all of Partner In Family Health for taking the time to listen, help, and take action!I believe strongly with all of their help that I am getting closer to the core issues of why I went into there office in the first place.I also feel as though they will get to the bottom of your issue too! As well as treat you with the highest quality of care and respect that you deserve!I highly recommend this Doctor's office. Thank you!- Nathan

I can’t seem to find the new number for them. Then 717846 number or whatever isn’t working & it shows now a number in New York.

You can’t physically ever get a hold of anyone on the phone and IF you do they never seem to know what’s going on with their patients.

I used to love coming here, but something changed, I think, once UPMC came into town. Today I was told an hour before my appointment--that I had to take off work for--that it was cancelled. Everyone has a life, so while I was bummed, I was hoping to maybe squeak in for a weekend appointment to make up for this.Nope!I am told that weekends are for acute patients only. I understand this, and while I don't think I'm an exception to the rules it would have been nice to have been seen to make up for this mistake. While also going through all of this, I come to find that my information is wrong. They DID try to reach out to me before today--but all of the communication they sent went to the wrong address. The kicker? They sent it to a residence I haven't lived at for SIXTEEN YEARS. I have been in to see them and confirm my current address probably a hundred times in the intervening years. Seriously, what happened?

Ever since UPMC happened, things have gotten worse. Absolute rudest staff I’ve ever come across over the phone. I can’t imagine how nasty they are in person if they act this way towards everyone. Especially for people on dire need of a written prescription or making an appointment. You’re better off finding someplace else to go than to be dealing with such a disgusting environment.

I waited an hour and a half for a doctor, but today I was sent home for being more than 10 minutes late, but five of those minutes were waiting in their line. I told them that. but that didn't make a difference. Also, I agree with the long automated call waits. There is not enough staff.
