EXTREMELY POOR customer service! An owner or employee of the business was rude, unwilling to assist, and condescending about it. There is NEVER a need to speak to anyone as if they are not capable of understanding, unless you believe otherwise. As an educated and intelligent person, I take offense in being spoken down to. Theonly ignorant person during our conversation was him. He seemed racist. Unless you approve of his behavior, my advice is to find another business to give your money to. He clearly doesn't want it! I wish zero stars was an option.

Very poor customer service! If you're looking to get a shed or shed moved, contact Pine Creek Structures and they will hook you up for a fraction of the cost, no excuses given.

ordered a shed in june,,was told would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks and that we would need to take what was on the lot,,not a problem,,charged 600 to tear down our old shed,,which did not get completed by them,,we had to find someone who could finish the job,,but never got our new shed for over 2 months,((august)),i ask how much he could take off our bill for not finishing the tear down,,he quoted a losey 25 dollars,,seriously that was like a big insult,,we had to find someone and that someone had to have the tool to take the boards that were left out of the cement,,,no i will never do business there again

Ordered a shed at the end of April. Was told about 4 weeks, showed up in 2 weeks. Absolutely perfect build. Great customer service and great prices.

Wow what a couple of great guys! I bought some chairs during the York Fair. Great price on an outstanding product. After visiting the store to pick up the chairs I am even more impressed. These folks are super friendly and ready to help with whatever you need, everything from storage sheds to outdoor furniture.

Rick and Bill were both very helpful in getting the shed that we need. Their quality was better than the others we researched (insulation) and they had a better price. They were very straightforward. No lets-make-a-deal games. Removal, excavation and delivery all went well. Appreciate them greatly!
