They make simple addition mistakes on their bill for HELOC. . Pointed it out & they still charged me the incorrect amount. 78 + 25 DOES NOT EQUAL 108. I refinanced my house with them in 2020. On their title searched they listed a $5000 debit. I had no idea what it was. I contacted them & their associate researched & stated it was an unused Line of Credit. 14 months later I received a notice of default from a “ unused “ according to NW , 2002 Line of Credit. I put money on the principal (marked additional Principal ) and NW applies it to the interest. I have nothing good to say after they closed the Red Lion office.

I liked the Red Lion branch better. I do like low rates and got a message from the loan officer about refinance but was told I had to pay for home inspection in order to get a loan. I am barley making it and they wanted money I just don"t have no help whatsoever. What a disappointment it,s all about money nowadays.

This branch goes way beyond the definition of customer service!!! The branch manager, Jason Wilson, went out of his way to help a senior today with her Rent rebate form. He not only located the missing 1099 she had lost, but he brought it to us so we could finish the application. This young man embodies what customer service means. Thank you!!!!
