Was looking into options as my lease with Nissan was ending soon. Had a very rough start with one of the salesmen in person after spending hours on the phone talking with a rep. Manager of the place was helpful in the end and super nice and managed to have us look into options easier. They have a decent selection on lot. Manager found a new rep for us to work with( his name is Doc and I HIGHLY recommend him if you stop by) did a few look throughs and a test drive. Ended up finding a better deal through Apple Chevrolet in York and in the end am getting screwed over by Nissan as they do not want to buy my Rogue anymore after their appraisal offer because, "they just bought one yesterday and Nissan doesn't make them anymore and apparently don't sell very well" Frankly I just see it as bad customer service and salesmen ship, because I bet if I would've decided to buy another Nissan, they wouldn't have an issue buying my Rogue.....

I researched the car I wanted,Visited the tent event but didn't see the car I found online. My time Is limited so I submitted an application online and inquired about the car. The next week I popped in after work around 7-7:30 pm I was greeted by Mark Winters who said the car is in Red Lion. the finance manager called to make sure it was available and to let them know Mark would pick it up in the morning. I explained I live & work in different states the soonest I could be at the dealership is 7 pm an hour before they close.Mark attempted to sell me on cars that were 2-3k more than the one I inquired about. The finance manager and Mark assured me this wasn't an issue and that the car would be onsite to come back the next day. Mark called the next morning to ask me about increasing my deposit. I asked how is it that he was calling about money for a car I have not seen yet. When I got to the dealership that evening .Mark said he didn't know I was still coming because I said I didn't have the money. I called the Red Lion location and he never went to get the car. He placed this all on the finance manager and then asked if he could help me find another car. Such a waste of time, with no accountability at all.8/11/2023- Management has not reached out to me via phone or email.

Apple Nissan parts is great. I placed an order online and was notified by mike that the part was available. I was unable to pick it up prior to the parts department closing. Mike said that he would put the order up front with sales for me. A sales associate greeted me in the showroom. I told him that Mike set an order out for me. He was already aware of it and I was out the door quickly. Excellent service all the way around!!!

Just recently bought a car from Brady at Apple Nissan in York!! Super friendly experience and honestly a lot of fun. Great first experience and he helped me pick the perfect car. Definitely suggest this dealership and even better, ask for Brady!

went for an oil change after my car was just in the collision center 2 days prior. they asked me to do my inspection since it was due in March and there would be no problem with my car passing inspection. after 2 hours of waiting my car was finished but without a passing emission test. they said they die to my cat bring in the collision center they disconnected the battery and we're not able to complete it. come back in a week. seriously! I just told you I had it in the collision center. not only did I wait 2 hours, now I have to come back?!?! the service was horrible, the customer service girls was not knowledgable, friendly or apologetic. she just had a blank look on her face. I'm dissatisfied with my service there and will not go back. I will have to find another Nissan dealer which is unfortunate. I've bought several vehicle and warranties from them and expected better service and communication and empathy. they just lost not only my loyalty but also my family's as well.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I was sold a vehicle in November 2021. In May 2022 the transmission blew and needed replaced. In June 2022 I had to have a cable replaced in one of the windows that broke. In September 2022 I took this vehicle to my regular mechanic to get inspected and it failed due to (2)HOLES in my Frame rail (I have pictures), as well as tires worn down to nothing and metal cords visible. Apple claims to have inspected my vehicle on three different occasions, twice prior to my purchase and AGAIN in May when they replaced my transmission. On all THREE inspections no mention was ever made of any rust or issues with my alignment or tires. Apple now claims that "due to the length of time that has passed" (I've only had this vehicle 10 months) and that they never notated any of these issues that they hold no responsibility for any of these issues and refuse to do anything about it.

Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2019 Sentra Nismo from Apple Nissan on July 24, 2021 and still have not received my registration/plates yet. I contacted my DMV August 17th and was informed that they did not receive my paper work and asked if I could provide them application number or tracking number. I've asked Apple Nissan to provide me this information but they were unwilling to provide me this info. They kept giving me reassurance that "everything will be ok" and that I will receive the registration/plates before the end of the temporary registration ends and that I would get an extension if it doesn't. However, when I called again on September 10th, the same person I spoke to denied that he ever said that and said that they have two other clients still waiting for their plates since May. The DMV still does not have my paperwork and the finance manager at the dealership told me that my paper work was sent to Jupiter, their third party company, on Aug 4th and that they have no control of the situation. The people at this dealership has been giving me false reassurance, and misleading information from the start. If they knew I might have an issue getting my plates and registration, this risk should have been disclosed to me before I purchased a car from them. Now, the dealership is brushing me off and ghosting me. I was told someone would call me back but yet to receive a call back from Apple Nissan. They have not responded to my text messages and emails. They would not provide me a direct contact to Jupiter so that I cannot find out any information regarding my paperwork. I will lose the ability to drive the car on Sep 22nd when my temporary registration expires. I am desperate for help. I had no choice but to file a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB) to get their attention. I even went to my neighboring Nissan dealership, and they validated that the Apple Nissan dealership should be helping me with all this, and advised me to put in a complaint and bad review to catch their attention and take this situation seriously. I am trying what I can to get some help. There is more shadiness to this dealership. When I purchased the car, Apple Nissan told me that the basic warranty had expired so I purchased an extended warranty from them. However, this was a lie. I found out later that the basic warranty hasn't expired. The dealership lied to me just to get me to buy their extended warranty. I am overwhelmed and shocked by this fraudulent business, and crying for help!!
