In the vintage clothing, accessory part of the building was horrible cashier unwilling to help myself and a vendor.I was there yesterday, one week before Christmas a lot of vintage things. I found two handbags at the same vendor in the middle in the back beautiful handbags went to the front desk. I asked if she could call the vendor to find out how much they were. The lady told me she would not call the vendor, She said besides it’s Sunday and they probably won’t answer to top it off. She was eating lunch and said she had to finish eating first before she would think or consider doing anything., Really these vendors are there to make money especially now with Christmas if you’re a vendor there I would be very upset with the way they run this I even told the lady I would travel to different locations to find one-of-a-kind, unique and interesting items. She didn’t care. This was on December 17, 2023.

I was a vendor for 6 months at this establishment. Paid my rent on time and made sure the labels were on all my items. Also kept my stand clean and tidy. Sent an email 2 months before my lease was ending informing them I would be moving. No response no thank you for being a good tenant no communication what so ever. To top it off, in my last month i decided to bring one more item to sale. I was told by a worker why I was doing that because I was leaving. Mind you I just paid my rent and had 31 days left. Really! So obviously somebody read my email about me leaving. But nobody could take 2 minutes out of the day to respond to it. These are the facts about how this place works.
You have to sign a 6 month lease.
It takes a week for you to get any money you make.
They take 10% of everything you sell.
They pick and choose who they promote on their website, Facebook.
They are quick to send you emails about events. But take their time to respond to any emails you send.
So in closing my experience was ok but not the best. the way I was treated After ending my lease was just rude and unprofessional. If you don't mind waiting a week for your earnings. Not being promoted as much as others are. This is the place for you.

Had gone here for my daughter to participate in a Mini Makers vendor event. First time going in and was extremely surprised by the amount of things inside. So many unique and fun items in the vendor area and fun finds in the flea market side. Definitely one of those hidden treasures of the city.

Live music, local artists gallery, and artesian stores. Storm changed event, no food or beer trucks. Hopefully they arrange to have inside food available in the future.
