I would give a 1 star but don't want to affect your rating. Just know you lost out on two human hair wig purchases. I was looking at some 99.00 plus wigs. You wouldn't let me try on. You told me it was a "risk" I would have to take. So I left. I found a wig store in downtown York that let me try on 3 wigs. I bought two from them. Maybe reconsider your policy.

The two girls that helped me were very nice and helpful. I was hoping I can try on some wigs, but it was allowed,was very disappointed because my hair has practically fallen out.?

Can't try wigs on even with a cap and can't return if you don't like it. How on earth does anyone know if they're going to like a wig without trying them on? Waste of my time. Walked out without buying after I browsed wigs for 20 minutes.

$90.00 for a wig and you can't try it on or return it. If you don't like it your out of luck. I could understand it during the height of covid but why now? You can try on everything else clothing etc. Greed I guess

I'm giving 3 stars bc they have a nice selection but they made me feel unwanted and uncomfortable. I stopped in while my son took his driver's test so I didn't have a bag w me or anything. I had tighter clothes on so you would have obviously seen if I stole anything but I was obviously being watched. A woman asked if I needed help I said no I'm new to wigs and just looking. So the owner or whatever had someone else follow me and stand about 3 feet the entire time I was there. The best part was a group came in and they weren't followed and I watched 2 teens steal bc they were to busy following me around. There are to many places around to deal w feelings like that . The point of these stores is to feel BETTER about yourself NOT worse

Even tho the receipt says “returns allowed within 1 week unopened” they still denied it. They blamed it on covid lol. There’s a sign at the register that said no returns but the RECIPT says the opposite. Drove 25 minutes just for that. If that’s your policy, cool. I simply have an issue with the RECIPT being WRONG. I think most people think the RECIPT is the most reliable, but what do I know right? I won’t be back. Trash
