I called abut my garage door on a Sunday and they came out on a Monday. Pete went above and beyond in helping fix my door he even recalibrated the door that was a non issue and gave me an education on maintenence. I could not have been more pleased with this interaction.

Made the trek out to Myers twice for a custom vanity, and certainly would not recommend wasting your time. Alex Tinsley is a talker — he’ll tell you about timelines and how they are possible and then next time how they aren’t possible, and he’ll tell you how terrible a bunch of local businesses are…but what he won’t do is what he was probably hired to do — get back to you with details on the custom vanity you spent your time on designing and wanting to order.

Extremely disappointed with their customer service! When I walked in the door I was never acknowledged and nobody came out from behind the desk to offer assistance. After 20 minutes I left and will not return. They definitely need customer service training.This less than acceptable experience was at the West York location. I was also disappointed in their storm doors. Was hoping to find product above what the big box stores sell -- but no -- it's the same thing if not less. Save yourself the time and aggravation.

Working with JH Myers was an absolute nightmare. When I started the process with Danielle Lintner I thought wow this is a pretty easy process..... boy was I wrong!!!1- cabinets ordered wrong- only to be told by the manager, Dana, that I “should have known” they would not be painted inside because they can’t go over ALL the options so that fault lies on me2- using two types of countertops -was told “sure I can get that countertop (quartz) in the size to you need” only to find out 6 days before they were to install- sorry no we can’t, either pick out a new one or shorten your fully installed island by 12 inches! My second countertop which was butcher block, first time arrived with dirt under the finish- when it was fixed and redelivered there were two deep scratches in it!- ended up getting full refund for both and going elsewhere!3- poor quality cabinets sent, some cabinets and doors had to be replaced 3 times!! Luckily I had a good contractor who could work with what they sent and “made” a lot of stuff work4- glass front doors straight from the box with the glass falling out!5-The two types of backsplash, yea, Joe Silbaugh ordered one I did not chose and then the other one not order enough!DO NOT USE JH MYERS!!!

I have never wrote a review on a business before, good or bad but I have to say that this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Management needs to reevaluate their sales team.

I worked with Brian H. over the phone and email to purchase additional cabinets to extend my kitchen. Not only do they match perfectly but I have all the materials needed to complete the job. The cabinets came in 3 weeks which is unheard of, and the delivery process was painless. Very happy. Thanks!

Horrible experience with a rep named Pam in the cabinet area. Two weeks ago I went into the location looking for help with a custom cabinet. Three women were sitting In Office’s and I was the only one in the cabinet showroom area. I went into Pam’s office asking for help and she snapped I’m not supposed to be here...I’m headed to a meeting I said sorry but can u direct me to someone who can. She said what do you need and I explained it. Asked if I could email her the specifics and she said that would be great. My wife emailed her today and she responded with a nasty voicemail on our cell stating who the heck are we and she has no idea what we are talking about. Horrible service and obviously too busy for us.
