Been there a few times and it never clicked until today. This place is a pawn shop dressed as a jeweler. Not very nice if you ask them about prices - whether you are selling to them or buying- and the prices they buy at are very low and they sell very high. Buyer (or seller) beware in this place. At least do your research first and know they aren't there to help you.

They conveniently don't tell you when you checkout that they dont do refunds. Instead the only place it says no refunds is at the bottom of the washed out receipt. Instead of getting my money back they wanted me to browse their unimpressive inventory and use store credit. and on top of that, the website said the store closed @ 6pm but was actually closed for 3 or more consecutive days after NYE. (Hours were Posted conveniently on a calender in the front window of the store to save you the trip) thus wasting gas and my time. Only got 2 stars because the gift wrap and box were pretty and the lady working at the time was pleasant.

Total bunch of scam artists. #1 they try to tell different about the piece than what it actually is. #2 they can't even tell you the correct size of a ring. #3 they will give you pennies on a hundred dollars. They only are buying jewelry from crack heads that need a fix. Stay away if you wanna sell an item or two. You been warned. Ps. The girls that work there should work somewhere else. Not in public.
