“My wife, son and myself visited the Verizon store on White Street, York, PA. on March 11, 2024, interested in looking at new phones. My wife and son had phones on a previous Wellspan phone plan and I needed a personal phone. We met with a Mr. Tyrell Clark, who was a pleasure working with. He was very helpful during and informative during our visit, and also fielded numerous follow-on calls from me, asking for specific information regarding our latest purchase.
Just wanted to provide recognition for a "Job Well Done" by your valued employee, Tyrell Clark.

He was polite and professional during both interactions. He was the only employee working but still managed multiple customers at the same time. His knowledge of the system and phone upgrade process was great. He made our visit fast and fun! Great personality and service!
