My boyfriend called just now to inquire about his phone plan and upgrading also adding a line. But the lady that answered the phone was so attitudish smart and not welcoming. I'm upset because that site is the closest store. With a attitude like hers we decided to go with Boost Mobile. Ashame could of had a good customer stay with Metro

Shady as hell! Had many problems with the place. Also they force you to purchase their products in order to get a phone. The charge about an extra $80 for their products. Don't go here

Dropped my old phone in some water so I needed to get a new one. I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. The store manager was training a new associate and showed that she was very knowledgeable about the products she was selling. The store was clean and warm with no odd smells. I am glad I chose to come here rather than Boost Mobile where they didn't want to make a sale. All of my questions here were answered, even the questions about other products in the store. I definitely recommend coming here.

Asked for the More 5g phone,thinking the agent would know,and she gave me the darn 100,didn't notice until after I got home. Went back to have them fix it,and been giving me the run around,like I made the mistake and told me I got to wait til September to get another upgrade....
