Recently went there, was in and out in 10 minutes which sounds good if I was actually seen and treated properly. Nurse came in spoke for 2 minutes, ofcourse pushed meds an sent me on my way

Scheduled an appt and got a call as I pulled in to the parking lot telling me there is a 3 hour wait. What is the point of scheduling something when it isn't adhered too! Common courtesy would have been to at least let me know that 3 hours ago when I scheduled an appointment

Staff were friendly but wait times were extremely long. We waited 1.5 hours for a physical and there were just a handful of clients in the building.

Receptionist was blunt and didnt talk much but she was not rude, the nurse and doctor were kind and had great bedside manner. Price was fair for the care received. Got in and out in 30 minutes.

We had to go back for a check up for a TB test and the receptionist was very rude.
She gave my boyfriend attitude the first time. The second time we went up to schedule an X-ray, she didn’t even give us a chance to say what we needed to do. So she took the paperwork and walked away. Then she had to go figure out what was going on. A few minutes later she came back blaming us for not telling her that we needed to schedule an X-ray like we were wasting HER time.
“We went sent out here by the nurse to schedule the X-ray”
“What do you mean schedule? We can do it right now “
“Okay then we will do that? She said to schedule, I don’t know”
We would have told her originally, if she had let us talk.
The nurses were fine, receptionist not.

As long as Dr Helfrich is working at this office, I will never return.
I went in Monday July 8th to have some tests done based on symptoms/prior testing. I spoke in depth with Dr Helfrich on what had been going on and that I wanted to wait until results were in to take any medication so I knew I was treating the right thing. She agreed with how I wanted to proceed and we left it at I'd be called with the results.
Thursday 7/11 rolls around, I get an email from LabCorp and the MedExpress Portal regarding my results. As I'm looking at them, I see some testing is missing but thought maybe it just hadn't completed yet. Dr Helfrich calls me that evening telling me I'm Negative all around (even for the items missing on my report). I didn't question it as she's the Dr and I thought maybe the results hadn't been released to me yet. By next day, Friday July 12th, those results still aren't in my portal (LabCorp or MedExpress). I call to question this and as I'm speaking with Dr Helfrich, she starts stumbling over her words as she realizes she's given me incorrect information. I'm told she'll call LabCorp and get back to me. All day goes by and I hear nothing. I call back at 5pm to follow up, which I'm told they haven't gotten a final word back from LabCorp and will call me back. When confirming my phone number, she reads back a totally different phone number. I correct her and she goes, "Oh I have someone else's chart in front of me." I'm called 20 minutes later being told they haven't heard back but assume at this point, the testing is occurring. (I later found out that Dr Helfrich never ordered the testing and it wasn't ordered until that day when I called to question.) Dr Helfrich calls me again around 7pm letting me know they recieved the results and I was positive. I'm prescribed 2.5 Weeks of antibiotics, which Dr Helfrich and I agreed on from the results and typical treatment for this. Now, she advised this information wouldn't show in the portal that evening due to the time but would by next day. That another Dr may even call me to tell me my results along with prescribing medication as she will be out of office. Prescriptions were sent to my Pharmacy. Saturday 7/13, something is telling me to check the portal, no results are showing. I call again to question and this time speak to a whole new Dr. I'm told that the results aren't positive or negative, they haven't been completed yet. I reiterate what was just said to me to confirm and state I was told they were positive. At this point, I'm beyond upset. Dr Helfrich provided incorrect information TWICE. Sunday 7/14, I submit a complaint to MedExpress Corporate. I'm called Monday 7/15 by Riley, Manager of the York location to discuss what has happened. He was very apologetic and I have no issues with him. I explained I will not speak or be seen by Dr Helfrich moving forward. Riley assured me that is more than understandable given the circumstances and said if my results weren't completed by Tuesday 7/16, he would personally call LabCorp to find out what was going on. Well Tuesday 7/16 I get an email from LabCorp my results are ready and I'm negative. Wednesday 7/17 I'm called my corporate to advise me of my results. I'm told that Dr Helfrich is off right now but they do plan to speak with her about this situation when she gets back.
Can you imagine if I hadn't double checked her TWICE how bad this all could have gone? WOW. Talk about incompetence. Beware of anyone who goes here and deals with her.

if i could give 0 stars i would. they literally forgot me in the exam room, was sitting there for an hour and a half before they remembered i was even there. and only bc i needed to use the bathroom. if you need anything done quick, do not go here.

Brought my girlfriend in for vomiting and diarrhea. Front desk worker was very rude. When she was seen by the doctor all he said was “I’m sorry” and sent us on our way. Highly recommend not coming here.

I’m not sure about the bad reviews I’ve seen but I was in and out on a Friday morning in 20 mins for a test. It was a little muggy in the waiting room but other than that the staff was extremely nice and friendly. I’d recommend

Horrible service, worse employees. Made an appointment for 1030am, at 1130am ask the desk lady what's going on. She said that even though you make an appointment it's first come first serve so walk-ins go before you. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Walk-ins should wait behind appointments. The original girl I talked to said "We might be a half hour behind your appointment time", but the second lady was just like "She was lying to avoid conflict". I was very nice and she immediately got super defensive and slightly aggressive to the point where I had to say "I'm not coming at you, relax". What kind of unprofessional place is this? Fortunately it was just for a physical for some paperwork because I wouldn't trust them to actually diagnose or know anything.
