40 minutes to get through drive thru line today. Food usually okay, but order occasionally messed up. Disorganized. Always service issues at this location.

Ordered and paid for frozen coke on the app. McDonalds staff came over. I showed her what I ordered. She handed me a cup and told me to get it. I said "frozen coke is not over there" she walked away from me and waited on several other people. Finally she comes back and says "we are out of it". I then had to wait for another staff member to give me a refund. Spend Way too long to end up with nothing.

Stopped in the drive thru and was handed cold food. Asked for food that is at least warm and was told to pull up they would bring it out. Pulled and and waited and waited and waited some more. Went back to the window and see the staff standing around talking and found out they totally forgot my order. Terrible service!

Went thru the drive-thru today, got back to work to eat my meal, got the #3. Food was hot, put together very well, and overall am very happy with my experience today. The team working today killed it! Great job!

Attempted to order beverages at drive thru.Line didn't move and employees were in parking lot taking break. Went inside despite having blood clots in leg and my husband's newly replaced hip. Asked if I could place order at counter and was directed to use kiosk. Waited 15 minutes inside for 1 coffee and 1 and 1 strawberry shake. Manager had zero empathy or control over his team and made snide remark to female worker. Manager came to counter and asked if I was ready after I already used kiosk.They made sure to throw away our receipt to make it harder for us to contact corporate or leave dissatisfied survey. I will be contacting corporate in the morning. Rediculous.

Actually went to another food store close by but their drive-thru line was not moving at all found a new way into this McDonald's it's where I wanted to go anyway and they were pretty quick with their drive-thruEven they asked me to drive into a within a minute they were walking out the door
