My sales person (DJ) was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me find the right fit for my body build/sleep style and for my budget. I didn't feel pressured at all which is not what I expected. I left feeling very excited about my purchase, and the 4 month trial with exchange options has me feeling pretty confident that if I made the wrong choice, I can easily try something else. Best mattress buying experience I've ever had!

I was in the market to replace my old mattress with a similar style to the one I recently had to discard.
I looked in Google for a Mattress Firm in York, PA and headed over to:
"Mattress Firm Clearance Center"
2955 Concord Rd York, PA 17402.
Here is where I was met by Joe: the salesman, who clearly ran a superiorly clean store and was knowledgeable about his inventory.
Joe asked me a few questions that led him to showing me 3 different beds. I purchased 2 beds 10 minutes later. It was a smooth and effortless encounter. I knew what I wanted and Joe knew how to listen and then I purchased 2 beds. Doesn't get easier then that. Thanks Joe!

Joe with Mattress Firm off of Concord Rd in East York was great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy. He patiently waited for any questions we had while me and my wife spent about 2 hours trying out 3 different mattresses. His deals were also better than every other mattress store we went to. We ended up purchasing a split king Tempurpedic luxe adapt mattress, adjustable base and some pillows.

Went to Concord Rd store. Darren was really cool. Explained everything about warranties and such and setup my delivery and gave me a great price. Delivery folks were actually about 25 minutes early which I thought was cool. Spent my first night on my new Paxton plush and had the best nights sleep I've had in months. Highly recommend this store to do business with.
