AMAZING! Joe and "Make My Auto Shine" did an excellent job of detailing my 2 10-year-old vehicles. I highly recommend him! He replied quickly to my initial inquiry and promptly set up a convenient schedule for the detailing. He recommended a service-level that was appropriate for the vehicles and didn't try to up-sell with unnecessary expensive upgrades. Each vehicle took approximately 4 hours for Joe to work his magic. The vehicles are cleaner than they have been since new! We had another detailer attempt to remove dog fur from the carpet on one of the vehicles a couple of years ago but some of the stubborn fur wouldn't come out. Joe, using his special tools, was successful in removing all the dog fur from the carpet. I was not expecting to ever see the carpet so clean again! He even restored the headlights on our son's vehicle. I am so satisfied with the service that I've already scheduled Joe to detail our boat. It is great to find a business that still knows what Excellent Customer Service is all about! Thanks, Joe!

Joe happened to be available on short notice. He came to our place and did a remarkable job. The interior hasn't been so clean and smelled so good since it came off the lot. He spent a lot of time on it and explained how the process he uses to shampoo the carpets is unique. We live in Raleigh and usually use a detailer there but in the future I intend to wait for our beach visits to get the car done by him. Terence

Joe’s finished product is nothing short of amazing. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and his communication is top notch, which made the entire experience even better. He treated my truck like it was his own, and understood that as an investment, taking care of it and protecting it were top priorities. He was set up and ready to go at the time he said he would be, made sure I was pleased with every step of the process, and after he finished the detailing and coating, my Silverado looked better than it did when it came off the showroom floor the day I bought it. We will be calling him again for my wife’s vehicle soon and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others. Worth every penny.

quite literally, the best car detail i have ever gotten. such an honest man, who’s willing to put in the work. i would recommend him to anyone wanting their car detailed. he left my car beautiful, spotless and smelling so much nicer. my head lights were super foggy and he kind enough to fix them and make them clearer!! very genuine. he went the extra mile to make my car look awesome. i told him i only wanted an interior detail and this was how i got my car!! truly amazing.

I Highly recommend Joe. Submitted an online request in the morning and he was in touch a few hours later. Good communication and top notch service. He was able to remove my daughters “burned in” handprints that were made when she touched the car with sunscreen on her hand.

Joe is easy to work with as he communicates well. We talked and then sent me information regarding the coating he would apply and gave me a quote. We agreed to proceed. He was here on time and worked for three hours if I remember correctly. My new SUV is now well protected from the elements here in coastal North Carolina. Thank you, Joe!

Joe met me at home and took over 3 hours to do a superb detailing of my 22 GMC Sierra. The outside is beautiful but cleaning the inside was a chore due to 1 yo German Shepherd hair everywhere. Affordable and impeccable care was taken and the truck looks new in and out.
