I went on 12/26 and bought a dresser. A lot of the staff and movers didn’t come in for their shifts. The lady in the front was stressed out about it so I said I’ll come later to pick it up. I go pick it up and the man trying to get the dresser (which wasn’t that big) into my car STEPS into the trunk of my SUV crushing and breaking the platform inside the trunk. He tries to get it unstuck and while doing so he breaks the loop of it. He completely disregard what he did without an apology or remorse. Completely unprofessional. The platform (as pictured) is completely crushed inward and creased.

It's discussed, dirty, trivial and the place is not Christian bàse.they say they help you with this and that but they only help their pets,or rats.all it is a warehouse to shelter to warehouse the poor, degeneratehuman waste.

Funny how in order to be hired by them you need to not only believe in Jesus, but sign some statement of faith. Oddly, the only groups exempt from federal discrimination laws are groups who are associated with some higher power who claims to love everyone. Crazy that in 2023 anyone still believes this nonsense. #cultbehavior

Needs a better number or more than 1 phone because just getting a voicemail when I call is quite annoying

Of the 4 lifepath thrift stores in the area…this is the only one in an urban area AND also the only one with NO public bathroom and a bag check policy for patrons. Seems to me to be a covertly racist policy ?♂️ and if not…your stores make enough money to pay people to upkeep bathrooms. I would expect better from a “faith” based institution “serving” the community. Be better.

I was very put off by the worker taking my purchases away to see if they should be repriced while I was literally buying them. Seems weird to accuse your customers of switching tags while they’re also buying your ridiculously overpriced merchandise. If you’re low income and looking to save, you won’t be able to afford this “thrift”

This thrift store has some of best selection of items, especially for clothing. They are a little pricey but it's usually for good quality items. They usually have really cute seasonal decor and I've found great deals on gorgeous furniture! Keep an eye on their tags, the longer furniture sits - the cheaper it gets! I've always had friendly staff assist me and help us get big furniture down their elevator and through their store for pick up.

Don't bother to have them come to your home to pick up your donations. They were coming for a washer and dryer and a room full of donations but, insisted, there was no way they could get the dryer up the steps. I took the dryer down the same steps. Then they got angry when I told them if they weren't taking the dryer they weren't taking the washer either. I heard the guy in charge calling me names outside
