Very pleased with the service department. They put closure to an on going electrical issue that had stranded me( Central Ohio) a state and a half away, a most harrowing experience 2 weeks ago. A big thank you to the technician at Lehman who found the issue(s) that the Ohio dealership did not take the time to pursue
It is also worth mentioning Olivia the Service Consultant . She is incredibly knowledgeable and most efficient.

Having never purchased a new car, or a car from a dealership for that matter; I spoke with about a dozen Volvo dealers looking to procure a V60. Every other Volvo dealer basically just said “not possible” and hung up after making them the offer of what I wanted to pay. Wayne from Lehman was the only salesman who said “let me see what I can do” - and after half a day of texting back and forth we landed on a very fair deal, on the exact specification V60 that I was interested in. Within 72 hours, the vehicle arrived to me. Despite them being 350 miles away, they made a customer out of me - and a very happy one at that. Thank you Wayne!

This is my second Volvo purchase with Lehman Volvo through Bob Baker. They make buying a car effortless. I don't feel pressured at all and feel comfortable buying a car on my own. I also like that they go over everything in the vehicle before you take it off the lot since everything is so techie and this girl is not.

Best experience in buying new car. Bob Baker, my sales consultant, found the exact car I wanted. We were able to complete the paperwork prior to my driving 4 hrs. to the dealership to pick it up. Great place to buy a car!!

I recently purchased a used Volvo from Bob Baker and Lehman Volvo Cars in York, PA. I have never experience the level of care that Bob took to make sure everything was in order and I was comfortable with my new (to me) vehicle! I highly, highly recommend working with Bob!

Brought my 2015 v60 t6 cross country for a diagnosis for some check lights that came on at 75,000 miles. Very good service and replacing a abs sensor next Monday. Very pleased.

I just wanted to share my experience here. I was greeted right when I got out of my car. Kaitlin was attentive and friendly. She made sure me and my toddler were welcomed. She was very detailed and informative of everything my vehicle needed. It was a bit of a drive for me but I will continue to have my car maintenance here. The customer service was amazing and clean waiting area. Thank you again!!

Great service from the entire staff, excellent communication, and we got the exact car we wanted at a great price. Bob was our salesman, he was great!! He took the time and attention to show us all the "bells and whistles" while we were looking, and after we purchased our vehicle. Highly recommend!

My xc90 was died 10 miles away from there when I was on a trip, and I towed it to that place due to good reviews. I am really happy with their services. they fixed it without any charge. The service ladies is very nice and polite and there are no any hassles. My home is 90 miles from that dealership, but I will take my car to that place for repair.
