We had a superb buying experience over the past couple days with Lehman Volvo of York. Each contact, from the first email and phone call to our visit to the dealership, was exceptionally friendly and professional -- providing just what was needed, and absolutely none of the pressure (by comparison, I had also asked a ANOTHER Volvo dealership for some emailed information about one of their vehicles, and got no fewer than 7 unsolicited phone calls with an aggressive sales pitch for a car that didn't even have the features we really wanted). Lehman Volvo of York got our business not only because they had the car we wanted, but because we found that their sales practices centered OUR needs (not theirs!).Our sales consultant Bob Baker worked until late in the night getting things set up for our visit, and did a great job demonstrating all the features of our new Volvo. Sales Manager Wayne Staib also played a big role in getting all our paperwork in order during our visit, and was really great about communicating important information to us via email. Maxine at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant, both over the phone and in person -- she has such a calming and personable energy, and is an excellent public-facing presence for this business.Over the course of a good many years and now 5 Volvos, we have had experience with quite a few of the dealerships in the eastern and central Pennsylvania regions, as well as south and central New Jersey. Among them all, our experience at Lehman Volvo of York was hands-down the very best. When the time comes for us to once again be in the market for a new car, we are heading straight back to Lehman Volvo of York.
